Hi @Sharon Youmans , I'm not quite sure what you mean by converting a meeting SPACE to a PAGE, but you should be able to move the main page including all sub pages to a different space: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/move-copy-and-hide-pages/ If the old space is empty after the move, you should be able…

Hi @Greg Ahl , welcome to the community. Could you explain the current setup you have? Are you creating confluence pages for issues or are you displaying issues in a filter on a page? Or something completely different?
-
Hi @RASHEENA.LEE , there are several ways to achieve this. But none of them is an out of the box confluence feature. 1. Use an app, for example: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221278/user-export-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview 2. If you have access to the database, you could use the corresponding SQL…

Got that. What is the source for your bar / pie charts? Do you use Jira filters to populate them? Or simple data from a table?

I loved the Assets (Insight) Gadget for Confluence DC and I'm heartbroken, that currently it does not exist for Confluence Cloud. This opened up so many possibilities in providing users an easy way to view their assets.

Hi @Ivan Ferreira , thank you for bringing back the principles. It is always good to remember the basics and not to take the second step before the first. I will definitely take another look at the topic of CheckOps and also recommend it to our internal service teams. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks @Harald Seyr

Hi @Violaine Truck , you may want to test draw.io: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210933/draw-io-diagrams-whiteboards?hosting=cloud&tab=overview It's a diagramming app, that also has a whiteboard feature, which is quite similar to miro.

I really love icebreakers. I even do them with customers sometime, just to get the discussion going in a workshop.
-
Just stumbled upon this. Really interesting. Thanks!
-
Hi @Dirk De Mal , sorry to hear that. Could you please attach a screenshot of the lookup objects action from your rule? The object you want to change is already assigned to the issue? Because this is what the rule tries to do.
-
Hey @Emily Dang , great idea, unfortunately we do this far too seldom. I'm so lucky to work in such a great team of JSM Consultants and I would like to thank all of them. There have been so many projects we implemented together and brought JSM setups to a lot of companies.
-
Hi @Dirk De Mal , the problem is probably the {{lookupObjects}} smartvalue. This is going to be an object an not the credit value itself. So you might need to use the dot notation to access the attribute value. Could you try {{lookupObjects.Resterende credits}} as first part of your substraction?
-
Wow, thats crazy, managing everything around these 5 minutes. I wouldn't have thought that something like this would have been necessary, but it makes perfect sense. Thanks for sharing this memory!
-
Hi @Ryon Riley , we need to differentiate a litte in JSM. Normally you would use queues for the different statuses or combinations of attributes. The mentioned opsbar-sequence thing is for sorting workflow dropdown entries on the issue view. So to better help you with your problem, it would be helpful to see some example…
-
Hey @Nate Dickinson , would you mind sharing some screenshots and your current testings? Additionally: Where do you want to pull the object?
-
Hi @Terri Yeago , the problem is, that the created date timestamp will not change on project move. There is a similar solution for a problem here. Maybe this workaround works for you to. There is also a feature request for SLA resetting, but I don't think this will be implemented anytime…

Hi @UMONS , sorry for the late answer. Bulk update is possible via issue search: https://<your atlassian instance domain>.atlassian.net/issues/?jql= You need to filter for your project and issue type. When the results are the 1500 issues you need to fix, hit the ... in the upper right corner and select the first entry:…
-
Hi @UMONS , no it will not, there is a checkbox in the last step, to not email updates to users:
-
In my opinion, sharing is a key to success. I remember a lot of situations, where good or even better solutions have been found, when working together with colleagues.
-
Coming from a long history of server / data center instances, I'm in love with all the assets integrations. This opens up so many possibilities :)
-
Hi @UMONS , I guess you have a filter with the status of the corresponding issues. After changing the first 1000 issues, there should be 500 left, when you execute the filter once more. If so, just make another bulk change with the left over issues and you should be good to go.
-
Hi @UMONS , this is limited to 1000 issues because of the performance. Is there any problem in doing it in two bulk changes? The only other solution I'm aware of would be api calls, but I think this does not make any sense in your situation.
-
Hi @Sandra Lawrence , AFAIK there isn't a separate attribute for attachments. You should be able to drop attachments to any object in the detail view.
-
This was a really interesting series. It was good to get a bit more background knowledge about the whole Concorde story. I still remember the news on the day of the accident. Still feeling sad, when I think about it. I would definitely subscribe to John's answer that teams can become a kind of family. And I can count…
-
Hi @Nilofar Rajmohamed , I'm not quite sure about your configuration, but your screenshot states "Exchange POP3 Service is ready" and a connection error via "imaps". Looks like there is a mix up.
-
Hi @Eman Alfaour , what do you mean by "support release and deployment management"? What are you trying to achieve?
-
Hi @Nick Lucey , this is not possible as far as I know. My biggest concern/question is: Why do you have separate statuses for different customers? I would always recommend to keep the statuses as generic as possible.
-
Hi @Si King , currently it is not possible to add any integration to Assets cloud, except the connection of a system via the regular import ways. The obr file you loaded is for the server / DC version. It cannot be installed in the cloud version.
-
Hi Sierra, looks good so far, but the spike story field will be cleared currently. I would recommend to limit your JQL to one issue (maybe a new one for testing) and check the execution results, before running the rule against all issues.
