As the main path of the workflow will not be touched (because an additional one will be added) you could for sure use Task.
-
Hi @lapacquah_bryant Approvals are only available via workflows. What you could probably do: * Create a new workflow (copy of your current) * add a parallel path to your workflow with an additional status * add a the approval to this path With this setup, you are able to use the approval step manual, only with the issues…

Hi @Albert Manuel could you please paste a screenshot of the whole behaviour and the rest of your script? Basically you need to implement a distinction of cases comparing the Customer Request Type.
-
Hi @Karoline Rezende Ramos you need to quote the string inside the aql function and escape the quotes. Please try something like this: "IS Ubicación" IN aqlFunction("\"Tipo de Ubicación\" = \"Service Center\"")

Hi @jun lee , do you want to use the nativ JSM approval feature? If so, you have to use real Jira users. What you can do: Add Jira users to your manager objects and set them according to your manager object in the issue, via automation rule or groovy script.
-
Hi @Vishnu , what do you mean by "voting option"? If the users do not have access to Jira, they will not be able to do anything with the issue.

Hi @Krzysztof Micach , sorry for the late reply. It's a little bit hard to debug this remote. I still would recommend to enable debugging, test with one mail and consult the incoming mail log afterwards. Hopefully there will be additional info about the processing. What is the exact error with the regular mail handler?…

Hi @willie , sorry for the late response. I'm not an sysadmin, so I can't give you any tips/hints on url rewrite stuff. Sorry about that. But I would highly recommend, that your Jira should not be accessible outside your company network. Jira 7.6.x reached End of Life on 16 November, 2019, so there might be a lot more…

Hi @willie , Welcome to the community. Your Jira instance needs to be upgraded asap. This vulnerability is known for more than two years. all information about it should be documented here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/jira-service-desk-security-advisory-2019-11-06-1047539905.html

Hi @Krzysztof Micach , welcome to the community. Are you using the default mailhandler or a service management handler right in the project settings? A good idea would be to consult the log files for further debugging. * JSM mailhandler: the should be log under settings —> applications —> email requests : at the bottom of…
-
Hi @Nicole Stephens , welcome to the community. This is a little bit tricky through ui. The easiest way would be to use the database. There is a documentation about this here
-
Hi @Andrea Dieguez , hopefully I got your problem right. You are trying to notify different teams about new requests, depending on the team? you could try the following setup: * Create user groups for the different teams * add a new custom field with type group picker * add field to the corresponding issue screens (in the…

Hi @Alex Young , if the app is buggy, it is always a good idea to contact the app vendor. In terms of your question, as far as I know there is currently no other solution for displaying assets in confluence. There has been a macro for Confluence server, which has not been brought to cloud yet. For Jira, I would usually…

@Elif Alverson being an admin does not necessarily grant all permissions. Could you please post a screenshot of the permission scheme?
-
Hi @Elif Alverson do you have the create issue permission on the destination project? Do you use company or team managed projects?
-
Hi @Eric Chamberlain , for multiline text fields, "Acceptance Criteria" is EMPTY should do the trick. Just to be sure, are you using Jira cloud or an on prem version? What type of field is "Acceptance Criteria"?
-
Hi @Paul Madison , as far as I know, Assets fields are not supported. A workaround might be, setting another field (e.g. text) with a specific value. After the issue has been created, use an automation rule with object lookup, to populate the Asset field, based on the text value.
-
Hi @Michael Da Costa , you can use the branch functionality to iterate over a result of issues from a jql search:
-
Hi @Nate Dickinson , thats an easy fix. You just need to adjust the cardinality in the object type attribute config:
-
@Suzi Firth thats actually normal if you do not enter additional field values for the sub tasks.
-
Hi @Amelia Giuliani , from your screenshots and explanations, everything looks ok. Could you please add a screenshot of the audit log of the rule and the sub task part? I would like to reproduce this.
-
Hi @James K_ , could you post a screenshot of the automation you've got so far? As an alternative, I would suggest the following addon: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212709/issue-matrix-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview It adds an contextual issue view with issues matching a certain JQL query
-
Hi @Greg Ahl , thanks for the clarification. you should be able to solve your problem, by adding the following right before the order by part: "parentEpic" IN (SBD-2812) This should also pull over all sub tasks belonging to issues with the specific EPIC.
-
As far as I know, this is not possible/not tracked. I would suggest a workaround, if this information is needed: Create a filter with the relevant criteria and ad a filter subscription
-
Hi @Joel Andrew Ouano , what exactly do you mean by "extraction activity" ? Is it about csv exporting issues or site backup or anything else?
-
Hi @Sreenadh , I'm sorry to say, but there is no simple solution in solving your problem. There is no easy export and import in Jira. Also you need to specify your current setup a little bit more: * Do you use Company Managed or Team Managed Projects? * Do you habe custom fields or just default fields like summary etc. ? *…
-
Hi @gstoesz , there shouldn't be a limit I think. Are you sure, that the users have a valid JSW / JWM license?
-
Hi @Ankit Sharma , welcome to the community. There should be two ways to switch the issue type: 1. Click on the icon of the issue type and select a different one 2. Hit . Key and select move --> this opens a new dialog and you can select a different issue type one hint: When switching the issue type, make sure to set the…
-
Hey @Carlos Garcia Navarro , just a question: Why are you using the widget connector? You should be able to just paste the google docs link to the page and then switch the display mode to embed, by clicking on the docs/drive logo
-
Hi @Carlos Garcia Navarro , just a guess, but maybe there might be something wrong with the url or the documents view permissions are restricted?
