Hi @venkatesh, Unfortunately, we don't support Date/Time fields as master fields at the moment. Feel free to submit a new feature request in our Service Desk. Unless you're on Cloud, then we can do it! It's slightly different from Server in terms of configuration, so here's another article with a step-by-step guide and…

Hi @мария аношина , Dynamic Forms are triggered based on fields' values. What you're asking about is an interesting extension for this feature :) Please submit a new feature request in our Service Desk. The Support team will pass this over to the Product Owner for investigation. Cheers, Dzmitry

Hi @[deleted] , Sorry to hear that. Please submit a ticket in our Service Desk and include as much information on the error as possible, so that our Support team could help you out.

Hi @Martin, thanks a lot for your interest! For the first question, it all depends on the way your team approaches and works with requirements. Here are 7 real-life examples of how you could structure your requirements (and also test cases). For the second question, it also depends - this time on the company size and…

@Arun Kumar , In the Cloud app, the attributes don't display as a custom field. Instead, they appear as a dedicated panel on Jira issues and Jira Service Desk requests. Please read up this article and the app's documentation for more technical details.

Hi @Arun Kumar , This functionality is available in Jira Software and Jira Service Desk Cloud via a separate app of ours, Azure AD Attributes for Jira. However, for now, it supports only the Azure Active Directory service.

Exactly! Here's a tutorial of mine on how to set it up, and many other customizations you can do with this app.

Hi @Harsh Patel In Jira Server, you can enable using Issue Templates from the app in Jira Service Desk. You can even mark a template as Default and map it to a particular request type, so the form will be filled in automatically each time. Here's more information about it in the app's documentation. There's no such a…

Hi @A Raadls , Thank you for such detailed feedback. You're totally right about the community having the right to be frustrated for the reasons I presented in this article. I'm not trying to "defend" anyone - the situation is just not as simple as you try to describe it. Maybe I didn't articulate it well enough in the text…

Hi @Nicolas , Do you mean Dynamic Forms for Jira or Extension for Jira Service Desk? We would need more information to solve your problem. Could you please attach a screenshot? Cheers, Dzmitry

Hi guys! Thanks a lot, @Rodrigo for mentioning our webinar in this topic! Hope you've enjoyed it. For those who couldn't make it, we've made up a tutorial on our YouTube channel. Feel free to watch it and learn what we were talking about in terms of redesigning Jira Service Desk. Best regards, Dzmitry

Hi @Daniel M_ , We don't exclude the possibility to bring this app on Cloud, but I'm afraid right now I can't provide you with an exact date when it should happen. I encourage you to watch the app on the Marketplace, so we'll notify you when we release the Cloud version. Best, Dzmitry

Hi @Gooty , The app should work with any Jira issue type. Just create a template in the repo project under the Template issue type. If something doesn't work, please drop a line at support@deviniti.com. Cheers, Dima

Hi @Doug Catiller , You can choose which fields to copy from the template by setting a Scope aka Set of fields in the Project Settings, and then choosing it on the Template Configuration panel on the issue view. Have you included the Time Estimate field into the Scope for your Epic template? Here's the detailed instruction…

Hi everyone! I'm in charge of marketing Deviniti's Atlassian Apps, so we might recognise each other online, as I publish a lot of stuff here on the Community and also make webinars and workshops all about Jira Software and Jira Service Desk. Will be very pleased to see old friends and meet some new :) My first Summit was…

Hi @Lindsay Rall , Yes, Issue Templates for Jira is available for Jira Cloud. Unfortunately, at the moment we're restricted to Classic projects because of inability to execute POST methods on Next-gen. The app will work on the new projects as soon as Atlassian team enables this.

Hi @Gonchik Tsymzhitov , Nice to hear that you're interested in speaking at Jira Day 2019! The agenda is almost full already, but please drop a line to katarzyna.dorosz@deviniti.com and propose your topic.

Thank you so much @Fabio Genovese @Bridget ! :)

Hi @Lawrence If I get you right, you need the Jira Issue/Filter macros set up to display the issue count as a link to the Issue Navigator. Like this:

Great topic for the month! I'm not sure if my story counts for this, as it's not directly about apps and not only about love. Anyway, we all know that love and hate are often two sides of the same coin, especially when it comes to someone or something we interact with every day. So I went through seven most common reasons…

Totally agree with the points here. See you all in Vegas! :)
-
@PJ Wysota, Thanks for sharing your story! We're happy that Issue Templates made you love Jira even more than before :) But could you please correct our company's name in the text?

Hi @Sonia Rhone, Yes, you can set relations to any set of issues in Jira, be it another requirements list, development tasks or test cases. You can even define custom JQL for X and Y axes - we explain it further in this article. Cheers, Dzmitry
