I don't think there is a good way to rename the attachment while it is still attached to the ticket. There are too many things that would need to be changed like the file on the server, the attachment data in the database and then other information that links it to the ticket. The only way I cold see this being done is to:…

Hi, thanks for opening a ticket with Appfire support. We will be happy to help you with your question from our support portal.

Assuming I understand correctly there could be several ways to accomplish this. It may be as simple as adding an issue security scheme to your project. If not, there are add-one like Power Scripts (and others) that could hide the risk based in user group membership or or some other config like that. Or, if you have the…

Hello @Steve Raslan In Cloud the Epic Link is a custom field so you can just use the "field" parameter like this: jira --action createIssue --project TP --issueType Story --summary "Test CLI" --field "Epic Link=TP-130"

Hello, to follow up on #2, SIL can work with other plugins who make it possible with an exposed API, many add-ons in the marketplace have this. From what I can tell from the documentation, Capacity Tracker has no API integration. However, it is probably possible to calculate the same results from inside SIL.

Hi Dennis, the "|" is the delimiter for array variables in SIL. The old user issue is a very odd behavior. I am assuming that these users must be in a database table somewhere even if they are not active and don't show up in Crowd. I think it is something that should be fixed so I have opened a support ticket. However, in…

Hi, I am the product manager for an add-on called Power Scripts that lets you create the same type of automation as Script Runner. I know this question was already answered but I just wanted to share some information that might be helpful to others who are not groovy developers and are just looking for a solution to their…

Hi, my name is Jonathan, I manage an app called Power Scripts. I see you already have the answer you're looking for but I thought I might share this in case anyone ready this is not a hardcore groovy developer who does not know off the top of their head which classes to import and how to maintain those classes during…

Sorry but I don't know how to debug your script, looks pretty complicated. However, can I suggest something a little easier than building a whole add-on just to solve this one use case? With an add-on called Power Scripts you could basically do this in one line of code. raiseEvent(event_name, issue, user); Actually, you…

Hi, I don't know much about Python but I know this would be pretty easy to do in an add-on called Power Scripts. You could solve this with one line of code like this: createWebLink(key, "http://www.google.com", "Super-duper search"); I know this was not the answer you were looking for but I thought an alternative solution…

Hi Denis, I opened a support ticket for you regarding this issue.

Hi @Jason G, unfortunately, Tempo fields are not supported at this time since their API is rather closed off. That is probably why it appears that your listener is not firing. Alos, I noticed that in the first line the value is given as if it were an array but the variable is not defined as such: string managedProjects =…

Hi @Romy T., the Kiwi add-on will help with the migration of Power Scripts however it will not help with the other plugins. I don't know of any other tools that would help.

Hi @Neta Elyakim unfortunately, no, you can not set a Database Information field with REST at this time. If you have the Power Scripts add-on you could create a REST script to update the Database Information field as a workaround. I will make sure this gets added as a feature to include in future development. Thanks.

Alexey is exactly right. If you need help writing the exact script for the solution he described please let me know.

@C Streic, I believe the reason you can't find your project when setting up a new Live Field is because you already have one configured. You could add the second one to the project category instead of the project itself, or you could just combine the two scripts but you can't have two LF configurations setup on the same…

@Scott Federman if you would like assistance writing this script I would be happy to help. Just let me know.
