Hi @PMO Newco Usually this happens if a user only has customer access to Jira Service Management, and no actual license to Jira Software or Jira Work Management. Can an Admin check if the user has a license in the user settings? You can find those on https://admin.atlassian.com/ Ste

Is one of them a Scrum Board? Ste

Hi @Gert Korf Systemation Strange! From the general options, I'd probably go with: * Using Trello* Report a bug ^ Given it seems you shouldn't be receiving the bill! Ste
-
Hi @Daniel Blomqvist You can search for existing suggestions related to this, or make a new suggestion, from here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa Ste

Hi @Risikanta Pradhan As in, whilst a ticket is being created by a user? You need to use Forms which I've linked to in my original answer. I've also linked to how to create conditional sections. I can provide more detailed instructions if you need them, but I'd encourage you to read the support documents first and give it…
-
Hi @Risikanta Pradhan Yes, that's what possible via Forms. You can set up the form so... * Initially, B is hidden * You select a value from A - the one which allows B to be populated * And then, the conditional logic in the form will display B * But, if you select a different value in A, B could remain hidden Ste

Hi @Leah Ditchfield I believe so, nothing in the documentation indicates otherwise - but I would definitely test it to make sure. Ste
-
Let us know how it goes :) Ste
-
Awesome, glad it worked! Could you accept this answer to confirm that? That way, others who find this question in future know it can work for them too :) Ste
-
Makes sense. Contact support, they're best placed to handle billing queries. Ste
-
Hi @Fiorella Santopietro So the user cannot access the form (i.e permissions-based)? Or they can access the form, and then a validator on the workflow stops them from creating a ticket? Ste
-
Hi @Admin OKZT This could be permissions-related - i.e you don't have permission to create issues in those Projects the button is missing. I also believe it's not there if the Board is a Scrum Board, as issues should be created in the Backlog, not the active Sprint. Ste
-
Weird platform quirk ;) Glad it worked! Ste
-
Hi @Risikanta Pradhan You can do this the other way around - i.e. * If Options A, B, and C are selected, show Change Type * But if Options D, E and F are selected, keep it hidden You can do this using Forms, specifically conditional sections Let us know if you would like any more specific instructions, but these help pages…

Hi @Daniel Blomqvist Not natively, you'll need an App for that. Check out options on the Marketplace such as... * Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards * Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards * ...etc Ste

Hi @Gert Korf Systemation How recently did you close your account? Was it prior to the next billing cycle (i.e beyond your last billing date)? I'd also recommend contacting Trello Support directly for billing questions - contact them here: https://trello.com/contact Ste

Hi @Iñigo Ruiz Change to Sub-tasks as the related issue type on the Branch. If the box is checked, uncheck it - then change back to Children. Publish the rule and then test and see if that works :) Ste

Hi @Phillip Nalesny You can customise the hierarchy. Instructions are here: * Cloud: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-the-issue-type-hierarchy/ * Server/DC: * https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-terminology-1063561685.html *…

Hi @Parikshit Chaudhary There's other posts on the Community which might help also with that specific error. For example, see this one: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/535-Authentication-Credentials-Invalid-Jira-SES-integration/qaq-p/1493844 Ste

Could you create a second board and try it on there? Ste
-
Hi @Kumari dvipa Not natively, SLAs are part of Jira Service Management. You could check out options on the Marketplace though - such as... * Time to SLA * SLA Time and Report for Jira * ...etc I'm not 100% sure these work in JWM, but I would either... * Install a trial on your sandbox, and give them a try, or... * Contact…

Hi @Mystifly DevOps You'll need to wait, 2 hours isn't that long. Support timings are listed here, for reference - https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-offerings-193299636.html Ste

Hi @Arvind Swarnkar Those are two different tabs aren't they? It doesn't look like the tab is there in Cloud - but that might mean it's the "general" tab. In Cloud, the tabs work as follows... * Tab 1: This is the "general" field tab - these fields are either on the left-hand side if paragraph/multi-line text fields, or on…

Hi @Ben Could you attach the screenshot? I don't see it on the original question. Ste

Hi @Mystifly DevOps How long ago did you raise the request? Ste
-
Hi @Dassy Johnson That's an App from the Marketplace, see the listing here: Issue Templates for Jira Cloud It is free up to 10 users. --- Jira Software is the actual core Atlassian product for Stories - check that out here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira There are Free plans for Jira also -…

Hi @Parikshit Chaudhary You've listed this as a Server/DC environment (i.e on-prem) - is that correct? For Server there's a few different reasons this can happen. This Knowledge Base article is a good starting point: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshoot-notifications-in-jira-203394737.html Let us know if…

Hi @Haneena Fathima This depends on the App - and where the data is stored. Can you give us the name of the App? Ste

Hi @Mystifly DevOps You need to contact support for these requests - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ I assume you already have based on the case ID? Ste

Hi @Eliana Acosta For dynamic searches, validation is not available. This is only available for a static JQL. It should still work though when you test the rule. Ste
