Welcome back, @Lowell Liwat.

Hi @Mauro Guercia, welcome to the Community! I don't think this feature is currently possible in Jira Core. There's an open ticket for it that you can vote on here. But thank you to @Jack Brickey for the excellent advice above, perhaps it's a workaround? I couldn't complete the steps myself, but I may have…

Hi @andy dingfelder, ah yes, you are correct - apologies, I mistakenly believed that option was referring to in-app notifications rather than emails. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to customize in-app notifications at this stage. We'll continue to take feedback onboard for potential future feature implementations.

Hi @Jane Tatchell , here's one option that may work: 'un-star' all the dashboards on the All dashboards page, and re-star them in the order you want them to appear. Let me know if you experience any problems.
-
Hi @Oliver Emmler, have you had a browse of this documentation about working with next-gen projects, and perhaps this documentation about managing sub-tasks? I'm not sure if I've misinterpreted your question, but issues usually appear in the order they are created, until they get re-prioritized. Hope that helps.

Hi @Chun Yee Lau, take a look at this documentation, and reach out if you experience any problems. Cheers, Hannah

Hi @Matthew Iwundu, welcome to the Community! Are you using Jira Software Cloud? If so, you might find these tutorials helpful. There are also plenty of videos here. Cheers, Hannah

Hi @Stephan Hannach , In addition to Nic's excellent comment above, you may find this documentation helpful.

Hi @Lowell Liwat, glad you're back! Are you using Jira Software Cloud? If so, you may find this an interesting read. Cheers, Hannah

Hi @andy dingfelder, welcome to the Community! If you go to your profile > Jira settings > Manage your account > Products > Click on your instance, you can change whether or not you're notified of your changes.

@Nicole Ogloza, This documentation explains how to make a field required or optional (near the bottom of the page). To make fields restricted to certain users, it's not currently possible out-of-the-box but you could check out this add-on which allows you to customise field dependency. Hope this helps. Reach out if you…

Thanks for that @Sumaer Hussain. Is it possible you have one epic hiding somewhere in 2019? The roadmap shouldn't be showing empty space like your screenshot displays. If there's definitely nothing you can scroll back and see, I'd suggest going here and reaching out to our team, so they can investigate properly for you and…
-
Hi @Sumaer Hussain, welcome to the Community! If you click "Today" (top right), the roadmap should jump to the start of the first epic, and not show empty time before that. You can also zoom in or out by clicking the months/weeks/quarters dropdown. Here's some documentation as well, that you may find handy. Hope that…

Hi @Tomas_Tikkanen, welcome to the Community! In addition to @Tony Rossiter's excellent comments above, here's a conversation regarding issue filters for multiple boards in one project. Let us know if you have any problems. Cheers, Hannah
-
Hi @peter.gosbee, welcome to the Community! Is this the documentation you've located? You are correct in that transferring a project from Cloud to Server will require a backup and restore. If your project is small, it may be easier to recreate it. Hope this info helps. Please do reach out if you have any problems, or any…

Hi @David Collins, this is a known issue that needs to be fixed. Thanks for reaching out to us, we're hoping to fix all of the app's dark mode bugs asap. Cheers, Hannah
-
I don't have an exact date at this stage, but we'll continue to monitor feedback for this feature, and based on its popularity, it may get implemented sooner rather than later. Cheers, Hannah
-
You're welcome @Rohan Groombridge. Unfortunately, you'll need to know the project's name (or at least part of the name) in order to find it via search.
-
Hi @Rohan Groombridge, thanks for the question. The list of "all projects" is a feature which hasn't been implemented within iOS yet. It's certainly on our roadmap, though. All projects can still be searched for within the search bar. Cheers, Hannah

Welcome to the Atlassian Community, @Pascal Passigan! In addition to Jimmy and Tim's suggestions above, you can also check out this documentation, which includes links to running pipelines manually, more info on deployments and workflows, and deployment tutorials. Cheers, Hannah

Hi @Rochelle_Smits-Seemann, sounds like a rather serious bug. Could you please go here and submit the details, so we can investigate asap for you? Let me know if you have any more problems. Cheers, Hannah

Thanks for confirming that @Tabitha. Did you upload the attachment and view it successfully via desktop? If yes, then this sounds like a bug which may not be reproducible on our end without more info. Hi @jasonhowk_mlb, I've just discovered that this is actually a known bug that our team is currently working to fix. Apologies for the confusion! Hopefully our team will have it sorted out ASAP.
-
Ah, I think I may know what's happening - currently, the mac app does not show a sprint's 'done' issues in the backlog, but the web version does. (This may change in future, to match web.) Is it possible you're seeing everything except the sprint's 'done' issues?
-
Hi @jasonhowk_mlb, could you try clearing your board's filters? The same issues should be visible on the board in both the app and web. Let me know if you have any problems.
