@Simone Longoni Hi Simone, The fix for this will be available in the next release, which is scheduled to roll out from the 19th April 2021.
-
@Evan Gilner If you've signed up to be a beta tester, you may get access to the release a few days earlier (potentially the 16th). It's great to hear you're looking forward to it! Thanks for providing feedback.

@Evan Gilner Hi Evan, it seems you've discovered a bug in the app! Thanks for letting us know, we're working to get that fixed ASAP. Normally, some request types cannot be edited (if, for example, the admin has set up the project in a certain way). But in this case, since you can edit via web, this is a bug. The fix for…

@[deleted] Apologies, I failed to mention the in-app way to report bugs: select your profile icon (bottom left within the app), then select 'Send feedback'. I'll pass on your feedback to the team regarding the frustrations you've had with the other method. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you everyone for the kind words! We look forward to delivering even more fantastic features and improvements across all the apps this year. Happy new year! We hope everyone is safe and well, and ready to conquer another year.
-
Hi @DPKJ, this video (from July) shows several mobile demos. I'll do some research and see whether we have anything more recent.
-
@[deleted] If you find a bug or would like to request a feature, you can do so here. Thanks for helping us make the product even better!

@Marcelo Gallego At this stage, we don't have plans to add the other reports to classic projects on the Mac app. But we are always reviewing our users' feedback, and evaluating upcoming features, so it may be something we implement in future.
-
Hi @Marcelo Gallego, Sorry for the delayed response. Are you working within a next-gen project or classic project? At this point in time, next-gen projects in the Mac app include all 3 reports (velocity, burndown, and cumulative flow). Classic projects in the Mac app only include velocity reports. Kind regards, Hannah

Hi @Charles-Edouard_Ruault, this feature hasn't arrived (yet). In the app, you can view and edit versions via the Releases tab at the top of your project, but (at the moment) you need to release versions via web. I'll pass on your feedback re: French translations, thanks for letting us know! Keep up the great work!

Hi @Ralf Baumbach , thanks for the feedback. If you'd like, you can email us at jira-cloud-native@atlassian.com with your experiences using the app, and/or any feature requests/improvements. We value everyone's feedback; it helps us build great stuff, and continue improving our products. Hi @scott_brinley , this feature is…

Funnily enough, my daughter is in the exact same position. Enjoying too much Peppa Pig while Mummy works.

Bird meal, followed by fish snack, by the looks of it.

Hi @Andie Duframe, you can shake your device to give feedback (if the shake feature is enabled on your device). If it's not, tap on your profile and there should be a Give feedback option. If you'd rather go via the web (instead of mobile), you can visit https://support.atlassian.com/ and click Contact (top right). Let me…

Just embarrassed.

I meant to delete this as soon as I'd received confirmation. But the 'delete' button eludes me...

Hi @Sabtain Khan, Welcome to the Community. I've passed your question onto the Jira Server mobile team, so they can get back to you with accurate info. Cheers, Hannah Jira Cloud mobile team

Hi @Ariel Fersztand, Welcome to the Community. At this stage, it's not possible to create a bug tracking template via mobile. We'll continue to take feedback on board regarding this template. In the meantime, you are correct that you can create it on web, and view on mobile. Cheers, Hannah

Hi @Hunter Drawdy that sounds like it may be a bug. In release #96, we shipped the ability to approve/deny service desk requests in the iOS app. However, I've just discovered that if you're working in a Classic project (rather than next-gen) and there is no request type set, the approval will fail. Is this the case for…
-
Hi @Hunter Drawdy, welcome to the Community! Our online documentation contains navigation info for the iOS app, and this page is regularly updated with the app's latest features and bug fixes.

Hi @Rich Blunt and @Jack Brickey, thanks for the feedback. At this stage, hitting return will post the comment, unless you hold shift at the same time. We'll continue to take feedback on board, and potentially revisit this feature in future. Similarly, unfortunately @Jack Brickey there aren't any plans on the horizon to…

Hi @katayama86, is there a modal dialogue open at the same time? If an issue is open from the board, or issue search is open, on top of the app itself, the preferences option will be greyed out in the menu. If you close the modal dialogue, preferences should become available again. Reach out if this doesn't fix the issue…

Welcome to the Community @Stuart Winslow, Are your issues visible in your backlog?
-
At the moment, the ability to update the issue from Gmail doesn't exist, but we're always taking feedback onboard, so perhaps it will be a future feature. In the meantime, we do have the Atlassian Cloud for Gmail add-on which you might find very handy. (You can read more about it here.)
-
Hi @Oliver Emmler and @Dash Lavine , This sounds like it could be a bug. Subtasks (or 'child' issues) being marked as in-progress should not impact the order of any parent issues. Regarding disappearing issues, issues in the backlog that are 'done' will disappear if sprints are turned on. If sprints are turned off, they…

Great article @Vannya Vallejo Vega.

Excellent write-up @Kat Warner!

Welcome to the Community @Nick Weismantel! Are you using Jira Software Cloud? If so, this documentation on advanced searching may be helpful. We also have this great guide on how to use JQL. If you're quite new to JQL, you might find this blog an interesting read. Cheers, Hannah

Hi @Kiran , welcome to the Community! Can you see your issue if you go to your backlog?

Hi @sameera, welcome to the Community! Are you using Cloud or Server? Here is the Cloud documentation regarding email notifications. You can toggle the button in the top right to view the Server docs instead. Reach out if you experience any problems. Cheers, Hannah
