Hi @[deleted], does this fix the problem? To be taken to the Jira mobile app from a deep link in a Slack message (rather than viewing Jira’s web version within a browser), adjust your Slack settings: * Open Slack on your Android mobile device. * Select You in the bottom navigation bar. * Select Preferences. * Select…

Hi @Daniel Davkovski, there isn't a new update at this stage, but we're working to get this fixed.
-
Hi @jlefils, this bug has been fixed. Have you updated to the latest version of the app? (v85.1.6)
-
Hi @leecollings thanks for reaching out. We're working to get this updated, so that it matches the current web experience.
-
Thanks for the screenshots @basir. This looks like a complex situation indeed! It could be a bug. Can I please suggest that you submit a ticket here and our team can do a proper investigation for you, and hopefully get this sorted out asap.
-
Hi @basir, thanks for the additional info. The project that you found in which you can see the issues section within the epic, are they visible in the app as well as desktop? The app should be automatically reflecting the same configuration as the desktop version; the app doesn't have separate configuration. If a project…

@basir Could you please provide a screenshot of the scenario? Are you able to see a 'Linked issues' section similar to this screenshot?
-
Hi @basir , are you using the cloud or server app?
-
Hi @Julianno F C Silva, I believe the server apps won't be receiving dashboards, as server has reached end of sale. In case you missed it, you can check out details about server's end of sale in these articles: * End of server sale and support - July 2021 update * What's new? Updates related to the server end of sale and…

Hi @jlefils, thanks for reaching out. This is a known bug that we're currently working to fix ASAP.
-
Hi @Jay Lyerly, could I please gain a bit of background info: which project type are you working in - team-managed or company-managed?
-
Hi @Eric Guan , are you using the Cloud or Server mobile app? The Server version is unfortunately no longer supported.
-
Hi @Mykenna Cepek, I passed your feedback onto our team, and we can't locate a bug on our end. Could you please submit a ticket to our Support team and they can do a proper investigation for you? Hopefully a solution is found asap. Feel free to reach out if you experience any more problems.

Hi @Simon Owen - I apologise, I was confusing the burndown report with the burndown gadget. You're correct, the burndown gadget is not yet available in iOS/macOS. We don't currently have a set date for when it will be built, but we're always taking feedback from users onboard, and reevaluating our to-do list of features.…
-
Hi @Dave Mathijs, Currently, there isn't a set date for when priority schemes will come to cloud. This Jira issue is tracking the feature's status; feel free to vote and comment, and you'll be able to stay up-to-date with any changes to the status.
-
Hi @Simon Owen, burndown charts are indeed supported in iOS and macOS, along with velocity and cumulative flow. Are you running the latest version of the app? If you can't see any reports at all, they may not be enabled in your project (an admin can enable them via Settings). Reach out if you have any more questions.…
-
Hi @geekykayaker, unfortunately we can't seem to locate the error you're describing. To investigate further, the Support team will need permission to access your project. Could you please submit a ticket here and the Support team can investigate further for you. Please let me know if you experience any further problems.

Hi @Gani Can Somuncu , I believe I've found the solution: In order to edit the assignee field on mobile, your project's admin needs to ensure that the 'assignee' field is added to the edit screen configuration (via Settings on web) as described here. (My rough summary: Settings > Issues > Screens > Configure > Add field.)…
-
Hi all! Thanks for your interest in dashboards. They've recently launched in the Jira Cloud apps for iOS and macOS.
-
Hi @Gani Can Somuncu, sorry to hear of your frustration. Which version of the apps are you running? Could you please add a screenshot of the assignee field that you're unable to edit so I can gain further context? Thanks!
-
Hi @Evan Gilner, that's my mistake, I'm mixing up Jira Service Management with Jira Software (hence the reference to a backlog!). Apologies. So it seems in this case, the field has been configured to not be editable, however even when the field is configured that way, you can still 'move' an issue and simultaneously change…
-
@Evan Gilner To make sure I understand, is this via the backlog, when you select an issue and the issue's details appear in a panel on the right of the screen? That's where you're able to select the issue type icon and edit it?
-
@Evan Gilner When you edit the issue type via web, are you doing it by clicking on the issue type icon next to the issue key? Or is it by a different method, such as selecting 'Move' from the dropdown menu?
-
@Evan Gilner hmm that's odd indeed! I have passed it onto the team and they're going to check it out asap. Thanks for letting us know, and apologies for the inconvenience!
-
Hi @Evan Gilner, are you able to edit the same project's issue type via web? If yes, then that may be a bug in the app. Let me know, and I'll pass it onto the team so they can investigate asap.
-
Thanks for your feedback @Evan Gilner, I believe you've received the fix for the request-type change? Moving issues between projects, however, is unfortunately not something on our roadmap for feature implementation. Moving them between queues can be done, but not (at this stage) between projects. We'll continue taking…
-
Thanks for letting me know, @geekykayaker. I've passed this onto the team, and they're going to investigate to see what's going on.
-
Hi @geekykayaker, If you open the same project via your web browser, do you have the same problem? If you do, then it may be because the project's admin has set up a permissions scheme whereby permission is required to rank issues in the backlog. If you are able to rearrange issues via web, then it may be a bug within the…
-
Hello @Stefano Galli, If you open this same project via your web browser, are you able to edit story points and the reporter field? If not, the project's admin may have set up a permissions scheme whereby permission is required to edit those fields. However, if you can edit those same fields in the same project via web,…

@Evan Gilner Excellent to hear! Thanks again for letting us know about the bug.
