Thanks Nic, Just to clarify: The instance is Jira software 7.8. We already copy the folders below to the share drive, so all attachments, export and import are now on the the shared. My question is: Do the same folders on local home are going to be consuming disk space? * data * plugins * logos * import * export * caches

That's precisely what happened in this case, I made an upgrade and the users say that this Template functionality used to be on the instance, I verified and the vm files of the backup don't show big modifications on them. I'm planning to install the backup on a separated instance to verify.

The only problem with the CSV Exporting on Business Class is that it doesn't include the comments.

Thank you Carolyn, I'm creating a new SLA to count how many time an issue stays on 'Approval' statuses then send an email to the Approver(s) if the issue remains more than 2 days in that Status, so I wanted to stop the SLA counting with the issue is in declined or some other statuses related to Approvals.
