Welcome to the community, @Eric Wang 👋 Have you seen this article by @Christian Beaulieu from the Opsgenie team: Follow The Sun On-Call Schedule in Opsgenie -dave
-
Hmmm.... 🤔 In that case, while you're waiting for someone else to chime in here, I'd consider opening a support ticket with Atlassian in the meantime. If you go that route and discover the issue/solution, please do update us here so others can benefit from it in the future. Good luck!

Hi, @Celina Kincaid. AFAIK "insights" are only available on Scrum and Backlog boards. May we assume your Project A board is a Scrum board? Also, if any of your projects are team-managed (vs. company-managed) , there's a possible permission mismatch. Assuming it is a Scrum board and not a Kanban board, I can't find anything…
-
Hmmm... 🤔 I'm not quite sure what to do in this case. Perhaps @Manpreet Singh (or someone else who's encountered this use case) will chime in 🤞
-
Hi, @Michael diLorenzo. A couple of questions: - Are you using team-managed or company-managed projects? Or, both? Team-managed projects might trip you up here if you have different projects for different products (for example). - Have you seen this advice from Atlassian: How to change the default issue type displayed at…

Welcome to the community, @Relika Tunga 👋 Unless someone knows something I do not (I'm sure they'll speak up), board filters are board-specific. You'll have to recreate—copy/paste—and adjust the filter for each board as needed. Hope this helps, -dave
-
Hi, @Diego Wilson. Check out this article for the answer (spoiler alert, yes you can). Remove email address from suppression list in JSM Cloud Good luck, -dave

Great article (as always), @Hind Kadiri From Jaanga 👍 @Kelly Arrey and I were discussing this very topic a few years ago when he summed it up this way: You have to decide if you are an Agilist or a dogmatist. I love that! And I refer to it often. Nearly every, if not all, Atlassian customer I have spoken with over the…

Welcome to the community, @Pierre Cousin 👋 Unfortunately, the community spambot thought your post was spam. I've released it from quarantine AND moved your post to App Central questions. App Central is the place for all things Atlassian Marketplace apps related. I suspect someone from the Structure support team at Tempo…

Welcome to the community, @Bruce Ambriose 👋 you are describing some thing that suggests something changed, perhaps accidentally, in the system’s user configuration. this is something you’re going to have to try and diagnose and fix with your site administrator. Hope this helps, -dave
-
The simple answer is, yes. However, a site administrator or project administrator can customize settings that might be relevant here. Since you are a site administrator, I assume you'd be aware of any customer settings that might have a bearing on this question. 😉

Welcome to the community, @Rona 👋 It's not an answer, but it would be helpful to know whether you use Atlassian Cloud for Data Center (your tags say "unknown-hosting-type"). That out of the way... In this case, you are more likely to get the answer you seek faster by connecting directly with the good folks over at…

Welcome to the community, @Steph Hong. 👋 Please say more about a "particular type of subtask." I.e., are you referring to a custom issue type you created? I ask because subtasks are 'special' in Jira — and there is only one type of subtask. So, in general, if you create a custom field for a subtask, you are creating it for…

Welcome, @Gilbert Figueroa 👋

Hi, @Margarita. On what screen/view (exactly) are you seeing this? I.e., I think we need more information. Usually, it means something about the issue is inconsistent with the project or system settings. Are you seeing this on a board? In the plan view? The issue view? Tell us more, or share more of your screenshot, for…

Welcome to the community, @[deleted] 👋 You may want to (should) be a lot more sophisticated than this for many reasons. For one thing, if you have a lot of Epics in Jira, this will be a taxing search. But here's the simplest version I can think of: issuetype=Epic AND statusCategory != Done Be careful, -dave
-
Welcome to the community, @Renee Houston-Lang 👋 Releases that contain issues scheduled by sprint dates will show as off-track if the sprint ends after the release date. In other words, your project must contain Jira issues that will not be completed in time for the planned release date. You can read more (and related…

Oh! Sorry about that, @gregory_wallace. I did not realize you were referring to an Atlassian Marketplace app (in this case, from Decadis). In this case: * Let's move your question to App Central (the destination for all things related to marketplace apps). I can/will do that for you. * Consider reaching out to Decadis…
-
Hi, @gregory_wallace 👋 Thanks for your question. Can you be a bit more specific? For example, what is the use case? What problem(s) are you trying to solve? The more detail you provide, the more likely someone in the community will be able to help. As is, we don't really have much to go on. Best, -dave
-
Hello, @Gayathri Rachakonda 👋 As far as I can tell, Atlassian products don't support Oracle RAC. You may want to add your voice to this enhancement request from 2016 or create a new request specifically about Data Center. Sorry, -dave
-
I am sorry to hear about your troubles. @Esther Dias 😕 However, the Atlassian Community is a peer network of other customers/users like you. You cannot solve this sort of issue here. I'm afraid you'll need to open a support ticket with Atlassian. See "Contact Support" at the bottom of this page. Good luck!
-
Welcome to the community, @rbanffy 👋 AFAIK there is no way to do this natively with Confluence & Bitbucket out of the box. However, there are several Atlassian Marketplace add-ons that offer this. Hope this helps, -dave
-
Welcome to the community, @Bruno Brendel Gomes 👋 Like you, I'm not finding anything that indicates this kind of expression of time is supported (yet). You might want to add your voice to this enhancement request or submit one of your own. ~~~~~~~~~ Hopefully, if someone in the community knows a clever way to do this some…

Hi, @Yousuf Al Rawahi. Forgive me if you already found these guidelines yourself. If not, perhaps this will help: Transition an issue with automation I hope it helps. If not, please share the automation rules you've created—screenshots would be great—so the community can help you diagnose the issue. Best, -dave
-
Hi, @Apryl Harris I can't report the pros and cons based on personal experience, but I can tell you that I've spoken to a number of customers over the years who regretted changing Epics to something else when they already had established work and methods in Jira. The Jira Epic > Story > Substask hierarchy is a holy trinity…

Welcome to the community, @Mesa de servicio Forte 👋 I think you'll need to be a little more specific. What kind of information, specifically, do you need? Are you not finding what you need in the documentation? The more detailed you are the more likely it is someone here will be able to help you. Best, -dave
-
Welcome to the community, @Daniel 👋 I can't specifically answer your question (honestly, I'm not sure I fully understand it), but I do have some tips that may help you get the answer you seek. * When you say "case," that makes me wonder if you are using Jira Service Management (JSM) vs. Jira Software (JSW). Can you…

I'm not sure the spam bot is that smart, @Darin - Opus Guard 🫤 Human intervention was required.
-
Hi, @Darin - Opus Guard 👋 The Atlassian Community Spam bot moved your intro. to spam quarantine due to the link to your website. The community guidelines for marketplace partners explains that only links to your Atlassian Marketplace pages are permitted in your community posts. I changed the link and released it. Best,…

Welcome to the community, @JiraAdmin 👋 First, Confiforms is an Atlassian Marketplace product (add-on), so I moved your question to App Central, which is the home for all thing marketplace products related. For what it's worth, this is very specific question that is particular to the product. In cases like this, you'll…
