Hi, @Tyson Eckersley. Welcome to the community! 👋 There are several ideas, from others, already listed. But in my experience everyone has unique needs and/or expectations. So, someone else's preferred Gantt solution may or may not be right for you. My suggestion: Learn how to craft your own marketplace search(es). But…

Hi, @Emily Christie. Welcome to the community 👋 I am certain the Structure team can do better than that for you. I have called their attention to this thread, but for more immediate assistance, consider reaching out to them directly. Hope this helps, -dave

Hi, @jolerapps. As @Mikael Sandberg said, welcome to the community! To add (very) little to what Mikael suggested, here's a sample marketplace search that shows some of the products that can help you visualize a hierarchy that way he describes. Hi highlighted (in red) the relevant search criteria I used. Both JXL and…

Hi, @Lars Ulrich Krieg. Please contact the Structure support team to set up a call or video conf. with a support or solutions engineer. That way we can more easily have a dialog about your use case(s) and give you the best possible advice. We want to help you be successful. :) ~~~~~~~~ Thanks for pitching in, @Florian…

I think it might be better for everyone involved if you contact the Structure support team directly, @Sam, so we can learn more about the specifics of your use case(s). Then you can get the advice that's tailored to your needs (and we can post a summary of the resolution here for you and others to refer to it). Please…

I think this is the thread for Episode 4 (ITSM), @Lukas Gotter _ Meetical 😉

@Antonio Moraes, @Dirk Ronsmans is correct. The good news is, the app vendors know that not every Jira user will use their apps (true for most apps) and price their products accordingly. I.e., if Xray could offer you a 10 user license, the price would be correspondingly higher. -dave
-
Unfortunately, @Joseph Chung Yin the vendor's hands are tied. Atlassian requires Marketplace app license matches the underlying Jira license.
-
Hi, @[deleted]. Welcome to the community 👋 May I suggest that in time-sensitive situations like this one it's best to reach out directly to the vendor's support team? In this case, I work for that vendor (Tempo), and I can say with certainty it is the best way to get the timely help that you need. * Tempo Support Portal…

Hi, @Florian Bonniec. You are right. I'm 90% certain @Lars Ulrich Krieg is in fact referring to Structure (server edition) in this post. 🙂 Also, FYI, Advanced Roadmaps is not available for Jira Server. -dave
-
Hi, @Michelle Shableski. To second what @Nataliya Vasyliv_Reliex_ said, upgrading to Jira Cloud Premium to get Advanced Roadmaps may not address your use case. Nonetheless, it's worth having a look yourself. The other option is to look for an Atlassian Marketplace app that may address your use case -- perhaps more…

By the way, @Jochen Berdi, it is *awesome* to hear things like, "We use Structure and are thrilled." Trust me, words like that put a smile on a lot of the Structure team's faces. Thank you! -dave

Hi, @bo sanchez. Welcome to the Atlassian Community 👋 No. There is no minimum. In fact, you can find significant number of free apps on he Atlassian Marketplace. See: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?moreFilters=free And, yes, the application developers who build add-on apps for Atlassian products can charge any…

Lots of people are already trying to hand you a fish, @abhishek_sharma03. But maybe you'd rather learn how to fish, for exactly the kind of fish you want 😉 1. How to Evaluate Jira Apps: Advice for Solution-Hunting 2. Conduct your own search using these key fields: And that's just the first 6 search results! In other words,…
-
Hi, @Yumei LI. To add a little to what @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- suggests. This Atlassian Marketplace search might help. In other words, what you're looking to do isn't going be easily accomplished with Jira's built-in time tracking functionality. It may not even be that easy with a specialty app. Have you considered…
-
Hi, @Jeevraj Welcome to the community 👋 The thing you are describing is usually called "capacity planning." Jira Server by itself does not have this capability. You'd have to turn to the Atlassian Marketplace to find an add-on that would help. There are a number of them. Here's an example search: I used Jira, Server, Top…
-
Hi, @Nancy Good. There are a number of Capacity Planning approaches and apps you may want to consider. @Nataliya Vasyliv_Reliex_ was kind enough to point out her company's product as one example. In addition, you may want to do your own marketplace search and tune the search criteria to meet your needs. Here's an example:…
-
Hi, @Kristine Gemici. To add a little to what @[deleted] said. There are a number of Gantt solutions on the Atlassian Marketplace. You may want to do your own search and use the sort criteria Atlassian offers like "top selling" or "highest rated," for example. Top Rated + Cloud Fortified (adheres to Atlassian Security…
-
Hi, @Nam David Dao Huy. Jira Server doesn't come with built-in Gantt charts, so you'll have to let the community know which Gantt solution you are using to get a helpful response 😉 Most likely, you are using one of these: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/addons/app/jira/top-selling?hosting=server&query=Gantt -dave
-
Way to go, @Chris Chappelear _Tempo_ and @Ewa Grabowska-Ptak_SolDevelo_!
-
Hi, @Inna S. Indeed, there's currently no way to do this with Jira "out-of-the-box," and as @Rahul_RVS and @Hannes Obweger - JXL for Jira suggest by sharing info. about their apps., there are a number of Atlassian Marketplace apps that may meet your needs — including theirs. If I may, I would suggest you conduct your own…

I've had too many amazing live music experiences to recite here. One unexpected work perk is that I am able to travel to many great cities — frequently solo. Thanks to the smartphone, an app I will almost certainly fire up wherever I go is Bandisintown. It scans my Spotify account for music I like and tells me which…

I'm sorry to hear that, @rbalamu2 . They appear to be a very small company and maybe they are enjoying their summer holidays? Fingers crossed that they eventually get back to you. -dave

Hi, @jennifer miller. Welcome to the community! 👋 AFAIK this cannot be done with Jira out-of-the-box — especially not Jira Server where the Atlassian Advance Roadmaps product is not available. That said, there are a number of Atlassian Marketplace apps that can help you achieve this. But, before we go there... Are you sure…
-
Hi, @Hazel Blanche Goles 👋 Someone else here who has experience with a free tool like this may see your post and comment, but maybe this will help, too. Here is an Atlassian Marketplace search that might help you narrow down your search.…
-
Hi, @rbalamu2. This app has only 22 installs so I think it's unlikely you will be lucky enough to find a user here on the Atlassian Community who's willing to respond. IMO, you'll have much better luck using the Email vendor or Submit a support request links found on the Atlassian Marketplace page that you shared above. 🙂…
-
Welcome to the community, @Julie Barton 👋 AFIK there is no way to sign up to be notified about that specific event this far out. However, you can sign up to hear about all Atlassian events if you'd like. Perhaps when you do, you can select the events, or types of events, you specifically want to hear about? I'm not sure.…

Just to add a little to conversation, @Mayur Jadhav is right, @SRajendran. And, @Katie Zavhorodnia_Appfire was kind enough to add one example of a marketplace app that you can affordably add to your standard cloud plan. But, there are many such apps. This marketplace search will help you identify the top apps in this…

Hi, @himanshu.2.joshi. Welcome to the community 👋 The simple answer is, yes. There a many options in these areas. But, your description is a pretty brief. It will be hard for anyone here to recommend something unless we know a bit more about your requirements and goals. That said, since you know them you can head over to…

What they said. :) I'm sure you'll make the grade on the ext try!
