Congrats everybody! Thank you for all your dedicated time and thoughtful submissions—you not only help Atlassian get better, but are invaluable to our customers as well! Here's to a great 2019 and even better 2020 :)

Non-Atlassian related, but TripIt! This was actually a recommendation from someone on the Trello team. Basically, you just forward your email confirmations (hotel, rentals, flights) and it automatically organizes an agenda for you, complete with confirmation codes, check-in reminders, everything. If you travel at ALL...…

@Boris Berenberg - Atlas Authority no planned requirement, however some vendors have requested to opt-in. Check out AMKTHELP-18444 if you're interested.

@pcondal The extended cloud trial is a 1:1 match to your existing licenses, so it's only available for the Jira and Confluence products you already own. However, you can always start a free 7 day trial for Jira Service Desk Cloud (and extend it by 30 days if needed). I'd recommend heading to https://my.atlassian.com and…

Hey Dennis, We've asked the team to reach out directly. If you haven't already, please also check out https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ - This is normally where our PMs hang out to answer more technical questions. It's possible other developers/vendors are in a similar situation, so if you don't already see it…

Hi @Andrej Mudray - I recommend checking out the below page as a getting started point for timetracking in Jira: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/categories/time-tracking

Hey @Benji Kauth - There are a few solutions available in the Marketplace that I recommend checking out. Based on your comment, I believe you're using Confluence Cloud? If so, these might help: * Comala Workflows Lite: Add Review and Approval Processes to Your Confluence Cloud documents * Comala Canvas: Visually manage…
