@Romuald Tisserand No, I can't see that. But what you can do is to share a feedback using the feedback button in the left navigation bar when you are using your Agility board. That feedback goes straight to the team working on the Agility projects. You can choose to be contacted, then we can follow up. Thanks!

No worries. The ability to create projects as a regular user has just been released. If you get a chance to use your agility project, let us know. We are still improving it and would very much like your feedback!

Any chance that you are logged as a user that is not an admin? Non-admins now have the option to create a new project themselves, but their are limited to Agility projects. Yes, currently the Agility projects are quite limited. Feedback from users who use the project with the board helps us to drive the changes we are making to it.

Currently this functionality is only available for the Agility Project. What projects do you use where it would be useful? Could you move to Agility projects instead? If there is something that's preventing you from using Agility Projects, we'd appreciate your feedback!

@Azra Abolhassani There are currently no settings for this board. It's still in BETA. If you have any suggestions, could you please share your feedback through the "Give feedback" button in the board menu (navigate to the Agility project and in the left menu when the board shows)?

Agility board is a new board in the cloud Jira Software. As you can see it's still in BETA and you can't create it in an existing project. For now you can only create it when you create a new project and choose the Agility template.

You are looking at the project configuration. To create groups you have to navigate to Site Administration. This one is available in the menu in the bottom left corner of your page. Or from the main menu:
