Hello, createdDate = "2019-03-05 " means createdDate = "2019-03-05 00:00:00 ", which does not equal to your dates. You should search the way @Merle Fischer suggested

I prefer Configuration Manager. But many people work with Project Configurator as well.
-
Not only current status, but also the full issue history

Yes, everything

I believe it will stay at least for a few years. There were no information yet that Atlassian wants to expire these projects.
-
Yes, they do export and import all schemes, custom fields and so on. You will get the exact copy of your project.

Hello, I would suggest to do it by exporting issues to a csv file and then importing this csv file to another instance. But it would require to create manually the project on the destination Cloud and also issue history would not be migrated. But if it is ok with you, it is the easiest way to do it. To export data go to…

Hello, If you want to copy the whole bitbucket to another empty bitbucket server, then you should use this guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/migrating-bitbucket-server-to-another-server-776640406.html If you destination server is not empty and you want to import only repos, then you should follow this…

Hello, Could you add a tag to your question with what Atlassian product you work? Jira or Trello?
-
Hello, the Project Configurator or Configuration Manager add-ons can help you to migrate project configurations together with all issues in those projects.
-
I still do not understand why you have to stop Jira for full reindexing. Reindex is done upon issue creation and you should not do another reindexing Regarding not good performance during issue creation, you should optimize your code on issue creation.
-
Or you could use a scripting add-ons like Power Scripts or ScriptRunner. With these add-ons you could create an issue type, let s say Project, and make a transition, which would be called Create project. Then add a screen to this transition with the project parameters like Project name, Project Key, Project Url, Project…

I do not know of such an add-on in the marketplace. But it is possible to develop such an add-on.

Hello, I believe you can not do it out of the box. But you can use add-ons such as Power Scripts, Script Runner, Automation for Jira and so on. If you want to use the Power Scripts add-on, then you can create a post function for the create issue transition with a code like this: if (issueType == "Task") { priority =…

Hello, Where did you find information that the classic projects will not be supported? I have not seen such information.
-
What is the connection between issue creation for 7 sec and background reindex? During this 7 seconds the issue is reindexed. You do not need a background reindex.

In Service Desk you have two kinds of users: customers and agents. Customers do not have to pay for license, you can create them as many as you want. Customers can work only in the Service Desk Portal. Agents use Jira Service Desk licenses and they can work in the SD Portal and in Jira. If you mean by internal users, users…

If you want customers to see all tickets and be able to comment on the tickets, then you need to create an organization and include all customers to this organization. Then set this organization for each created ticket. If you talk about agents, then agents can see all tickets and comment on them by default.

You are most welcome!

Hello, Are you sure that your user has Jira Software license? Go to user management, find your user. Go to show details and make sure that your user has access to Jira software. Also go to Products -> Products Access and make sure that you confirmed groups for each product.

Hello, I believe there is a condition for the Close issue transition. Open your workflow and look at the Condition tab for the Close transitions.
-
Hello, As far as I know it is calculated by issue history. The issue history in the changegroup and changeitem tables. You need to take the start date of the sprint and find out the story points at that moment for each issue in the sprint. Then take the date the sprint was completed and find out in the history what was the…

Hello, Why would you do first the full restore and then imported projects? The projects are already there.
-
The only available things are tabs. There is nothing like sections currently in Jira.
-
As far as I understand it is a Kanban board. Kanban boards do not have sprints.
-
Hello, If you use the new Issue View, then you can not group fields in sections. If you use the old issue view, then go to project settings -> screens and create tabs in the screens.
