Ouch! I see two parts to this 1. Identifying which pages go in which space. Labels, page names, hierarchy are a few choices 2. The actual move - from the UI, a plugin or custom script using the REST API. Probably I'd do this as a copy operation and then a separate archive of the original Explain that this all takes time to…

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/explore-jira-cloud-plans/ is the place to start

Is Dom really a doctor though?

In Situation 1, why did the second board only see Sprint 1 when you added all three issues to it? Why did the second board not see Sprint 1 when you added the first issue to it?
-
My answer is "yes". I do the dreaming about solving problems thing too. But the hardest part is swapping out of the "everything is a task" way of thinking, back into family time. There is no need for a task for eating dinner. And I'm pretty sure there are other people who have used Jira to plan their weddings. I would…

Mini-food is an interesting idea!

https://valiantys.com/en/blog/atlassian-administration/follow-the-sun-support-with-jira-service-desk/ is the new URL for the article

In on-prem Jira, system fields such as time tracking fields, always appear in the same areas on view screens.
-
I've used that approach before, but it was a while ago. These days with Jira Server I download the attachments and then run a separate script to call the REST resource to add an attachment. That way I get to preserve the attachment name. However the original author name and date are not preserved, and the updated date is…

Google suggest there are a few, but I haven't used any in particular. I know Atlas Authority is a Monday.com parter and have a lot of Jira experience
-
Are these users on Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center?
-
Hoping to be there
-
I know ScriptRunner had a one-off script to do this years ago but I didn't find it. Probably start with a google on "scriptrunner bulk change filter sharing"
-
Fiddly. You might be able to use the ScriptRunner plugin to do this https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/scripting-other-plugins.html which also allows you to create a custom REST resource
-
That's a handy list of things to check, thank you. I also check the Active Directory user sync jobs are working, since we've had issues in the past with those. And that darn Integrity Checker times out on large Data Center instances, so I don't bother with it much these days.

I have that wiki shirt too! You do 150 miles a day for the commute? Ouch
-
And the earliest one for Jira that I remember, it still makes me laugh
-
Serendipity! I just found my box of old Atlassian t-shirts going back to the first Summit and before
-
My best swag ever is this messenger bag from the first Atlas Camp in 2008, which was held somewhere north of SF. It's still going strong
-
I can vouch that this was a difficult part of Jira for the color blind! So it's great to see these changes for accessibility.
-
Great idea, I've signed up.

Maybe if you hide the Attachments field in a field configuration? Even then I think it is still there. You could write JQL to detect attachments in issues in that project as a warning, but in general I don't think this is possible
-
Sorry, I don't have personal experience with this. Just googled it
-
The custom fields only appear in the mapping config is there is either a global context or a context for the chosen project

Hello all, I'm Matt and I help LinkedIn run their very large Jira instance (7M issues). I'm interested in how other people run large enterprise instances of Jira and Confluence. We have a wide range of Jira-knowledge and hundreds of internal integrations with Jira, mostly using a thin wrapper around the Jira python…

With all the spam articles that community leaders and others are reporting these days, for sure there should be an award for helping to clean up the site. Ugg!
-
Sounds like Jira Core to me. Or Jira Software if you want scrum or Kanban boards for agile approaches to work. The complexities of the processes mean I would recommend working with an Atlassian Partner to configure the workflows and issue fields.

There is always a limit somewhere :) Each link is another row in a table in the Jira DB, so that limit is very high, in the millions at least. However the way that Jira issues have their link section shown means that once an issue has more than a few thousand links it will likely load very slowly. Any JQL function that…
