Hi @Amit Singh , welcome to the Atlassian Community In your code, definitely ';' separating date and time shouldn't be used "19/10/2024;10:00;abc@gmail.com;test comment." Check the docs: Assignee, Summary, Description, Attachment, Comment bob@example.com, "Issue demonstrating the CSV attachment import", "Please check the…

It should be visible, maybe you have some script runner scripts running? like this one hiding tabs? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/App-Central-questions/Hide-Screen-tab-from-current-user-as-Reporter-on-Edit-Screen/qaq-p/2761101 I've tried and seems to be working fine even with some long tab name on creation and view

It looks like this is well-documented, so check if your case is one where the user should be shown as the author or if it displays as 'Jira.' You can find the documentation here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/audit-activities-in-jira-applications/ The documentation mentions a known issue…

Hmm, just a guess, but this is probably the original styling from the email, as it looks like this ticket was raised via email. It it appears only sometimes then you can check if all email requests are styled this way / cause problems Check out this thread as…

check this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/database-setup-for-sql-server-9258.html but remember that Server is no longer supported (since 8.6.0 https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/download-archives ), only Data Center (or Cloud)
-
I was intrigued and tried to add it, but in my case, it still cannot be added to views. This is on a free instance used for testing, in a company-managed JSM project:
-
Please vote for this feature, as it improves the cloud endpoint for development features, you can see it compared to Data Center (DC): https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-16901
-
Unfortunately, if you check the rest api you can get some info, but it's not detailed enough I found a ticket related to this, highlighting differences with DC. Please vote for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-16901

If you are not using JCMA, then you probably need to use the manual option for the upgrade, so : Customers can't use the CMA to migrate their app data, because you have declared a MANUAL migration path. This value also displays when you have provided a link to migration documentation but haven't declared CMA compatibility…

Can you provide an example of the filter you're using and a screenshot (blur any confidential data)? There are multiple gadget options available, so this will help me better understand the desired outcome. I’d like to experiment and see if this can be solved using a Forge app. :)

Hi @MANASA B N , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Maybe you just should change your dates from hard coded to functions like * endOfMonth() / startOfMonth() Check documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/jql-fields/#Due and community…

Hi @YE Winnie (BEG/QMM-CN) , welcome to the Atlassian Community! On 2nd step you should choose correct encoding, check this old case for german language, which required changes of encoding in .csv before…

when you start typing the field the JQL will suggest the correct field. but the answer from @Rilwan Ahmed is faster, and with some browser extensions it looks human friendly
-
My favourite method available to everyone is just use of the JQL: * use any filter or search for any issues * use JQL view * use List view * add column to display your desired field * hover over column and order by this column * watch the change in JQL -> now your custom field was added as ordering option

Hi @Fernando Rodrigues , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Make sure you are performing this as org admin Now that Bitbucket Cloud has joined Atlassian Administration, workspaces are no longer created in Bitbucket, but rather in Atlassian Administration which means you can manage all your Atlassian products,…

Hi @Varun Reddy , welcome to the Atlassian Community! Double check with documentation if you have set up everything correct: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/webhooks/ You can try to ask chat GPT for more details for your specific case

I've checked this, the password is visible only once after install "The Jira Connect App password cannot be retrieved once you leave this screen. Make sure you save this key in a safe place like a password management tool." Re-install the app to get the new password! Please mark this as resolved ^^

Hi @Vitus Petersen , welcome the Atlassian Community! In VS Code extension check if you imported all filters, if you don't see what you need then you most probably need to create a filter for issues from that project.

From the docs, it looks like site admin should be able to do it: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/remove-or-suspend-a-user/#Original-user-management-content Here was a case of some particular user, where org admin could do the job, so maybe ask org admin to do…

Maybe in your project you are using different workflow, or some conditions are not met to show you this transitions. Check this page, especially conditions section: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/ The best would be to check with your Jira administrator who…

damn, then I would get it right, but for the wrong reasons ;) I've looked into it, and here is a part from the docs: * Set a globalcontext—make the field available in every project that exists on your instance. This option won’t be available if the field already has a global context configured. * Set…

If you would think of it in terms of workflows - it’s clear that they can either be different or the same, most probably the same since issue types seems similar. (But migrating from 1 workflow to another is simple, statuses just need to be mapped) However, when it comes to field context, if you have one field used across…
