Hi @Rūta Tijūnelytė , As for visualising events, our team developed Staffing Timeline app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212995/staffing-timeline?hosting=cloud&tab=overview In our internal use it's used for absence tracking in Confluence, but it can be easily adopted to anything resource/activity related and…

@Marios K Welcome to the community! It seems that there was almost an exact question here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-get-stories-linked-to-epics-that-have-a-specific-label/qaq-p/1322917

Hi @Sarah O_Brien , I'm from The Scheduler team, please contact our support through our support portal: The Scheduler - support Please include screenshots and additional info like: what is your current app version, if you upgraded recently (if yes, then from which version). Just a side note: our app Excel 365 Connector - marketplace listing allows to import into Excel 3k issues, which can be edited, then changes can be exported to Jira. App also have a read-only mode for fetching issues, where the limit is 100k issues.
-
You might combine the power of Excel and Jira, with our Excel 365 Connector, you can work on Jira issues in Excel: Excel 365 Connector - marketplace listing

To avoid losing Jira due to inactivity it is good to add some comment, create new issue etc, when the 1st message comes. Now, you should contact Atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/

I'm from The Scheduler team: answer is exactly what @Brant Schroeder quotes :)

It appears your assumptions are correct :) it's related to 2nd Epic linked. Here you can check exactly the same case: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Confluence-option-to-create-issue-cannot-see-Link-to-Epic/qaq-p/1202605

Awesome! I'm glad to hear that :)
-
First make sure that after create issue gets the new desired status (other than "To Do"), then try to remove "To Do" status from workflow

Have you tried removing space between "[" and "image"? -> "[image...." ?

If you just want to re-use content (or part of it) from 1 page as a source, then you can use the excerpt macro. Here are the doc for this feature: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/excerpt-macro-148062.html Note: for Confluence Cloud users there is easier way to do this, with include page…

You could try to - use organisation (instead of single users) and automate the assignment, as in example in comment: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Default-assignee-based-on-organisation/qaq-p/1547354 - use components, then each tickets falling into that component could be assigned to specific…

You can add more fields by editing board settings and changing card layout, but it won't look like epics with colors (maybe there is some app for this): Adding fields to cards
-
Those looking like labels fields are Epics, which are great for grouping tasks required or related to doing/finishing big thing. Here you can read about usage of Epics: Jira Epics Tutorial
-
By default Confluence supports only Export to English, but this can be changed. You need to import font with support for Thai characters: Create a PDF in another language
-
Yes :) You can also find in on the issue view under the '...' in the top right corner -> "See the old view"
-
Just a note: our The Scheduler is available for all hosting options: Cloud, Server & Data Center :)

Orange ones are not 100% accurate like introduction to community: I did it, but not in this group ^^ or marketplace app installation -> I went for the the product: Product Discovery

You can try to list all of the attachments from the space (if this is available in your Confluence version): https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/space-attachments-macro-278693110.html You can check trash in space settings, maybe it was removed by accident. Or check if those files are available in some previous backup of…

If it was working, then probably there was some undocumented change eg: - Jira update - related app update - permissions change - change in project settings etc. Check with other admins what have changed recently and try to track down that change also read all release notes for installed/updated apps
-
There is no dedicated feedback feature However: * You could open up the comment section and just ask users to ask questions in the comments - that would be interactive, but it would be open communication and it wouldn't be as private as 1 on 1 communication, but all questions could be visible and users wouldn't ask the…

From the documentation: if you remove label from all issues then it shouldn't be suggested nor available. You can do that with bulk edition. Here you check more details + link to feature request for improvement of labels management: How to delete a label in Jira

Awesome :) I'll also have to find time for it in my 2022 plans :)

Hi All! I'm into Jira since 2016, with JSM I started around 2017, when our department moved to Cloud. We moved our app support to Cloud and it was great decision it drastically changed our support JSM + Confluence = less manual support, customers can find solutions on their own :) I'm certified JSD (Service Desk) admin,…

It might be done with some task included in sprint linking to Trello board sprint retrospective. If you need it e.g for easier 2 way linking it might be a good idea to use Confluence for retrospective. In team playbook, there is a template for Confluence and Trello: Team Playbook: Retrospective

Hi All! I started using Jira in 2016, as QA in department making Jira apps. I had to learn it and understand how it can be used - at that time it was mostly Server. It's been ups and downs, some frustrations - in some cases community was providing best solutions. Over time it's awesome to watch the progress and see how…
