If you don't have backup, then removed user is gone. Maybe Atlassian support can help somehow. You can check if the new user has the agent and administrator role in given project (maybe also project lead role).…

Hi @Alisa Koshelieva , Welcome to the community! Check if you have the permission to create an new space, eg. by trying directly from Confluence. If it was working before you might want to contact your Jira/Confluence admin to verify if there were any changes in configuration. (Maybe not relevant, but I can see that there…

Are there any tasks in versions missing in the dropdown? That could be just the way to 'clean' the view a bit, if there are no issues related to that version anyways. So filtering by version X wouldn't show anything, because there are 0 tasks in given version. Try adding some and let us know if that was the case

I can't wait to see the 'newbies' in action! :)

Thanks @Andrei Pisklenov _Actonic_ for "many days of active and intense development" - good one :D I'll check the repo also! Thx!

It was removed back in Jira 7.2, here is some info how this feature could have been enabled again (this might be very outdated, and available in your current Jira): https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Re-How-to-export-JIRA-issues-to-Excel/qaq-p/584013/comment-id/601075#M601075 If you are open to apps, I'm…

Here is a great (& fresh) example from @Axel Sooriah : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/How-to-Creating-an-idea-intake-process-with-JPD-and-JSM/ba-p/2777882#U2777914

Great showcase @Axel Sooriah ! I was doing something similar manually, with some extra rules eg. if I knew we won't be doing something in the nearest future: I was resolving JSM tickets, with 'roadmap' resolution, just to keep JSM views a bit cleaner, but still to be able to get back to customers interested in given…

Maybe it relates to the fact that in JPD licensing is based on creators - who can create new ideas. Maybe this can be covered by some JSM portal, then add some layer of approval of idea then some automation to change the reporter/creator and creating it in JPD with JSM ticket as 1 of insight? ^^

It looks delicious! Now I want one too! ^^ On my list: #1 Since my first visit in Thailand (in 2018) is Papaya Salad <3 in all forms (even with corn). In Poland it is hard to get, because of lack of green papaya, but in Thailand it's a street food full of flavour and extra spicy :D #2: Steak tartare - raw meat, simple yet…

Thanks @Andrei Pisklenov _Actonic_ , that's a well-aggregated set of information and a great graphic overview! :)

For a basic website you can use Wordpress, it would also allow you to run a blog on it. It indexes better in search engines, if you self host it then you can have full control over site etc. Confluence on the other hand might be good choice, if you want to build a knowledge base and link it with JSM (Jira Service…

Hi @Jack, welcome to the community! For development related questions please use the developer community: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/ It is focused on development, so it will be easier to get into technical details

From what I've checked the only way to display details from card/board is to click on single item, then all details are displayed in table in the sidebar on the right. But it looks like those views are still miss visibility settings for labels, I also hope it will be added in some future updates

In my team, we agreed to just use different colors. It works for small teams :)

Becoming a Jira Admin was part of my QA journey, but it wasn't until I passed the certification that I felt confident in my 'Jira ways.' I even failed my first exam, but it went smoothly from that point on. 😉 Here is my…

it looks like this might be a different field ("Start date" vs "Start Date"), if you have multiple with same name, try differentiate them by changing name (even temporary) to clear up the mess and simplify a bit.

Hi @MDC ShengDa , welcome to the community! Those are your sites - Jira cloud instances where you have access. You can manage each of them from the organization administration section: https://admin.atlassian.com/ If you want to remove any of the organization just click it on admin section and navigate to settings section…

You can try to speed up Jira a bit, by storing the data on device, check this article: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/store-jira-data-on-your-own-device/

When you click the 'view usage' link you will see the ID in the URL

In global settings, in security section check "Project roles", you will find there something like this atlassian-addons-project-accessA project role that represents Connect add-ons declaring a scope that requires more than read issue permissions Is that what you are looking for?
-
Oh yes, it is twisted and can easily confuse, then finding things in navigation can be like a lottery! Also some time button edit edits something, and sometimes it triggers name change... My first advice would be to separate settings for 1 out of 2307 projects for a test, just in case you mess up :D If you want to…

It looks like it is still not possible :( https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery/Field-Pins/td-p/2338378

You can try with gadgets on dashboard, eg. the filter count might work, it would require creating filters but might give a nice overview. I found some awesome example: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-use-Filter-Count-Gadget-to-display-number-of-tickets-per/qaq-p/2270068

Notice that the only visible task is already in "In progress" column, and belongs to Epic. Those filtering options are allowing to clean up the view, but if there are no tasks then there is no need to show that option - since it won't clear anything :) So if tasks from those other Epics will show up on the board, then you…

It depends how you are linking those user stories with defects e.g links, subtask or with some 3rd party apps (like Xray) it might be easy to spot if the status on story is green, if every test passed. Those 3rd pary apps probably have documentation how to overview status of tests. If you try to search for defects related…

If similar approach didn't work, it is possible that it is a bug, reach out to Atlassian support with this case
