@Humashankar VJ with your description, I can add a link to a Confluence page. What I and I think also @Maria Petkova need is that on the page itself I have inserted a screenshot as figure01 with the caption text that Confluence gives as system solution and I want to link to this figure in a text on the same Confluence page.

Interesting thing is that the wrong values in two fields are correlated and not totally random. Could this happen as the rules are ran at the same time and somehow it reuses parts of already executed rules? Do you have 1 or 2 automation rules? Can you put all in 1 rule? If not, can you start 2nd rule when 1st is finished…

As far as I know it is system behaviour that when a user is assigned to a task the gets a mail. assigned in 3 subtasks means 3 mails, this is no bug

maybe you should solve the bug why the user gets 3 mails instead of only one I think you can't disable notification per issue type

well, just double the rule and check for dutch in rule1 and english in rule2

don't think you can do it on issue edit a mandatory field on edit just checks that some value is filled, but no specific value check you can do this with automation addon after issue edit/creation and send a mail to the user who changed the issue that he needs to correct the value - but no guarantee that he will do this.

you could also use the JQL to save an issue search and subcribe this, no automation needed if you want to be the person who should get the mail

are all the fields translated in jira? custom status names need to be transpated by your jira admin
