if you still don't see it, can you confirm that the field type is "Text Field (multi-line)" (and not "Text Field (single line)" for both in the admin Custom Fields screen?
-
@Johanna Malchow welcome to the Community! Silly question ~ if you click on the "Campaign Review" field, do you see the format menu? It disappears when you Save, Cancel or navigate away from it, which is why it's showing for "Testing Requirements" in your screenshot.

Hi @Michele ~ I just tested this in my cloud environment and it still works for me. Most likely, @Kim Euker is correct that someone created another development field or added a new context to the existing one.

Hi @Helene Dryden ~ expanding on what John said...if you're using Kanban, I would 1. update your filter to only sort by Rank so that you can still allow manual reordering 2. configure your Kanban swimlanes by Status (use the Queries option and create swimlanes based on each of your Status values) To achieve something close…

Hey @Dorothy Callahan ~ to change the parent using the bulk feature, you want to choose "Move" rather than "Edit". Then you can select the new parent to move to... HTH

Meeting Notes and Retros are the ones I use most!

Hi @Mark Brandsey and welcome to the Community! This should work... assignee = <username> and issuetype = Epic

Hello @David Winn and welcome to the Community! Anyone with "Schedule Issues" (aka "Schedule Work Items") and "Edit Issues" (aka "Edit Work Items") permissions has the ability to rank issues (move their order).

I don't have any expired licenses to check!

Hi @Gerald Byrne and welcome to the Community. When you add text boxes and enter text....are you selecting text color that contrasts with the background color of your whiteboard (like black text on a white background)? Have you tried bringing your text box to the front (CTRL + ] )?

Hello @Mike and welcome to the Community! For anyone to provide meaningful assistance, please provide as much detail regarding your issue. Also, if this is just a general "problem" maybe have a look at Atlassian's Status dashboard.

Hi @Tanielle Wampach and welcome to the Community! Have you checked you SPAM or JUNK folder in email?

Hello @MW and welcome to the community! Try this to find your field ID / value to plug into your automation, replacing <instance URL> and <issuekey> with your values: https://<instance URL>/rest/api/2/issue/<issuekey>?expand=names Search that screen for your field, noting the customfield # ("customfield_10001" in my…

hello @nida ergenç ~ if you're looking for all issues updated within a specific date range by a specific person, use the following syntax: issuekey IN updatedBy(user, dateFrom, dateTo) Ref: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/advanced-searching-functions-reference-939938746.html

Oooooo, that's cool, @Kristján Geir Mathiesen ! I've never been ice fishing but I once caught a 32 lb amber jack off the Florida Keys. Right after that, the sharks came around and took everyone else's fishies so I got lucky. 🐟🎣

You're very welcome, @Jürgen Buchinger ! If this satisfies your inquiry, please accept the answer.

Hi @Marleen Strubbe and welcome to the Community! You should be able to use an API call for that (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-projects/#api-rest-api-3-project-projectidorkey-get ). Or a ScriptRunner script if you have that add-on (if you do, have a look here:…

Hi @Scott Baitz and welcome to the Community! A project lead is essentially the main point of contact for that project. There are options like @Mikael Sandberg noted about using project lead as the default assignee for issues in the project, but they can also be designated as the default for the project components and…
-
Hello @Julian Haines ~ the log indicates that there is an issue with the user import. Are you mapping a reporter or assignee? If so, is the value their username (and not their display name)? Can you provide a screenshot of your mappings so we can help pinpoint the issue?

Hi @Peter and welcome to the Community! In addition to the information provided by the other responses here, I definitely recommend incorporating labels and "index" pages which utilize Content by Label macros to help organize space pages / info. Definitely helps to cut down on the "noise". I've also found that you reorder…
