Hi @WEIGELT_ CHRISTIAN and welcome to the Community! Have a look at the workaround noted here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1924

Hey @Ron Metzler ~ was the automation rule that you deleted the one that auto-generated the child issues? Need a little more info here to assist....

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
-
hello @Jürgen Buchinger ~ have a look at the bottom of this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/managing-your-confluence-license-313467774.html Same goes for the apps. Data related to them can be viewed but functionality will be disabled.

Hello @Autumn Backhaus and welcome to the Community! Your best bet is to start here. There are learning paths for each that are laid out in the content and order that is recommended. And if you haven't already, launch your own cloud instances of these (for free) ~ nothing better than hands-on learning IMO. Another…

Hello @zx-Kelly Cheney and welcome to the Community! It doesn't look like we can disable this within the card (yet). I would recommend commenting on this post and maybe tagging the author as she seems very responsive to user feedback.…

Mrs. Rowe, 6th grade teacher. She always gave us pictures to color. Yes ~ we were "too old" for that, but it was a treat to hold onto some of that while we were venturing into "older kid territory". She was also just a compassionate, caring person.

Hi @Christina Jetzschmann ~ you can find usage for every macro here https://yoursite/admin/pluginusage.action. Each macro is hyperlinked for the appropriate CQL results. HTH

Hi @Ewelina Banaszak Oliveira and welcome to the Community! Do you mean issues (now referred to as tasks) and their sub-tasks, rather than projects? If so, have you (or your Jira admin) checked automation rules to determine if you are listed as the "Actor" (who the rule runs as)? Are you listed as the Project Lead and…

@Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ / @Adam Schoenemann ~ you could always right-click and open in new tab....not ideal but it works.

Hello @Priti Soni ~ you can do this if you create your own custom assignee user picker field with a context configuration (and enable group or project role filtering).
-
Hello @Zeerak Khurshid ~ I've escalated to Atlassian Support. Perhaps they can provide you with an acceptable solution.
-
hello @AMBERKIMS and welcome to the Community! Do any of your simple search macro queries overlap? In other words, can you combine any of the queries and make more quick filters to drill down? I've done this before by making the simple search a bit more general and then creating multiple quick filters (users can select…
-
Hi @Jordan Hauser ~ i realize this is an old question but thought I'd go ahead and answer it anyway. Adding custom fields in Plans doesn't mean that users can CREATE new custom fields. It simply means that they can pull in existing custom fields for use in filtering issues in Roadmaps (Plans). Only Number fields,…
-
Hello @Jorge Mendoza and welcome! You can create a custom test status: Jira Settings > Apps > Xray > Test Statuses Ref: https://docs.getxray.app/display/ON/Cloud+Configuring+Test+Status

Unfortunately, no. 😞
-
Hello @Joseph Ebaeba and welcome to the Community! I recommend starting here and if you have specific questions related to Crowd or any other Atlassian product, you can certainly post a new question. The more details you can provide about what you're looking for, the better chance you'll get the answer you need. HTH

@Malsiner, Mario (Oerlikon) ~ I completely understand. This one is worth every penny though, IMO.
-
hello @Malsiner, Mario (Oerlikon) and welcome to the Community! We use the Custom Charts add-on which has a widget called Simple Search that is used to dynamically refresh the data in other widgets based on your defined criteria (example below). It's awesome and we use it extensively.

Hi @Jason Huang ~ is the assignee information (username and email) the same in both systems? Does that assignee have the appropriate permissions in the target instance (i.e. can they be manually assigned issues in the target instance?

No real plans, except that it's Friday! Hope everyone feels the love tomorrow! 💕💕💕💘💘💘
-
Hello @Matt Marchesano and welcome to the Community! Are there other criteria used in the creation of new issues (i.e. Team) that you could use with an Automation Rule to assign the component? If not, maybe a Scrum of Scrum to triage the new issues that you could then add Components? Another idea might be to funnel submits…

Once you fix the hierarchy, you should be able to see "Add Parent" option....
-
Hello @Kimberly Anderson ~ you first want to update your hierarchy so that Initiative is #1. Once you do that, you should be able to link Epics to Initiatives via the Parent field...
-
Great job, everyone!!
-
hello @Elif Karabayır and welcome to the Community ~ check the page permissions...does the user have access to view the page? Is their user account active? Can you tag others?
-
Hello @Angie Affolter ~ you didn't overwrite the Epic level with Initiative, did you? If not, your hierarchy in Plans should show as Initiative > Epic > Story > Subtask. Does your hierarchy config look like the screenshot below?
