There are some security customizations on the Wordpress side, so I am not aware if this would work. Will discuss with customer, but right now, we will follow brute force solution - human will store article into both Confluence and Wordpress manually.

@Kimmo Kyle native Jira doesn't have much advanced rules. I do suggest both JMWE or Script Runner as very basics applications to achieve anything. There are tons in feature request in Atlassian backlog, but its like 10 years "Gathering interest". Those app will do it and will do it now.

Reach the support, but generally there is no user way how to merge the accounts. They are unique. 

Sidenote: I would also suggest to protect your Epic workflow in two ways: * You are not able to close the Epic when any child is unresolved * Close and Resolve all childs, when closing Epic

As mentioned above. Just faced to this issue, it is caused by malfunctioning Synchrony. You have to ask you devops to fix that issue and meantime, as workaround, you can turn off the collaborative editing in general configuration.

Totally agree @Ricardo Gomes - there is something huge behind. Some big mistakes were made years ago and with current view there is no way how to solve them. Thats what I wrote few posts above.
