@Ad Dekker, probably you are navigating to a page where you do not have view permission. check your URL and reduce unwanted parts of the URL and try again. (Example; https://community.atlassian.com ) otherwise you may have to contact your confluence or space admin to get permission for the specific page/ specific…

@Alexis S, we use talk plugin for the same purpose. it shows all the comments in page edit mode as well. If you are considering on adding a new plugin for this; i think talk would be ideal.

Addition to @Alexey Matveev's answer. other than plugins which stops working after licence expire; it remains working until the plugin version get unsupported to your JIRA version.

Well I found another community question related to this. you may refer that too. surely my suggestion won't be a efficient one considering project management but, * Create components with same name in all projects * Create version per project with same name * (If you have Agile tool integrated in your JIRA ) You may create…

@Souni Breil, you may consider on below add ons * Spreadsheets for Confluence * Excel for Confluence * Better Excel Plugin for Jira (XLSX/XLS) I must say that i personally evaluated Speadsheets for confluence add-on which is almost excel. but we discontinued using the plugin only because excel macro is enough for us at the…

@Ratna Kumar, try below JQL project=AGILE AND summary ~ "failed to verify" AND summary !~ "Failed to verify : Case_Search_Field*" Reference: Search for issues that do not contain text

@[deleted] , below document might help you to get this done. Configuring JIRA with HipChat

hi @mcarreon11, I suppose JIRA has * Create * update * Resolved dates captured. and visible in the side pane. therefore i suppose currently it is not possible to query Closed tickets with JQL. I usually use below query. resolutiondate >= "2018/03/01" But as @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- said. you can create a report to query…
-
hi, for the best of my knowledge it is not possible to identify issues created by clients using request type unless you configured clients to create a certain request types where those request type can not create by internal users( your team members) alternatively you may try one of below queries. reporter in (<client 1…

thanks @Monique vdB :) i am on it! as you said it would be helpful to publish the content as a discussion.
-
hi @Tarun Sapra, some jtrics functions are not associating with assignee. I tried assignee was in user in role ("Client") but JIRA shows and error that saying "A value provided by the function 'usersInRole' is invalid for the field 'assignee'." therefore considering current situation i am accepting your answer which is…

well i found below information fromConnect, share, and learn with other Atlassian users and experts page. Articles Long-form blog-like content, such as case studies or user-generated how-to content, finds a home in articles. For now, articles are an experimental feature of Atlassian Community; as such, we’ve limited the…

hi @hitesh kumar dewangan, to the best of my knowledge it is impossible to share components and versions across projects (globally). But labels can be used across the groups. considering your company structure; seems like you should only create one project in your Jira. If you do so; you can share components , versions and…

hi Dan, this could be due to either network issue. or else the issue might be the size of your file and configured attachment size of your confluence by admin. Refer : Configuring Attachment Size

Thanks shannon

Thanks Shannon, But When comparing with office Excel, there is nothing more in those plugins. isn't it? I am looking for a formula plugin that could work with default confluence tables. Is there any other known plugin that could use this way?
-
I found a free plugin for the same purpose. this might help others as well :) * Simple Cite * it is a free plugin
-
hi Peter, thanks for the reply. I think you are referring com.adaptavist.confluence.footnotes I found that this is currently archived. and also the last release of that plugin is not compatible with conf 6.2.3 which is the confluence version we are currently using. Regards, Alana

Hi Jobin, Thank you very much for the info.
-
Thanks for the help Thomas, I will try this and let you know :)
-
Yes Tarun, i think you are correct. but still is there a way of filtering out my requirement? I mean is there a way append assignee was in client role to the JQL you provided above?
-
I suppose below JQL works. but working on a issue should have been capture by issue status change. status changed by "alanaf" alanaf should be replaced by user name you want to add
-
I found it by myself. It is enum type. for those who have the same issue, here is a example code for how to use enum type. ## @param fontfamily:title=Font family|type=enum|desc=Choose font family. (some font families may not compatible with browsers)|enumValues=Times New Roman,Arial,Courier New,Tahoma,Trebuchet MS,Open…
