Sure, it's easy to move a board from one workspace to another: https://help.trello.com/article/752-changing-the-workspace-to-which-a-board-belongs Maybe make sure you know which one you want to be your main workspace, and make sure that one is the paid one, and then just move the boards (and people) over there.
-
I think you just have to make two rules.
-
This python library should help: https://pypi.org/project/py-trello/ Also, please refer to our dev documentation at https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/
-
No, there isn't a limit to how many single board guests you can add. I think most features should be available to your guests, but there may be some (like automations) that are only available to paid users.
-
I think you'd have to contact the developer for that app: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/capture-for-trello/kclmblojjeedhebmlokdjeiogppjkfih?hl=en-US Right hand side on the bottom it says "Contact the developer" Although I don't think they have touched it since 2019.

Can you tell me more about the lack of custom service access?
-
On the right hand sidebar on the board, there is an activity feed which lists all the activities on the board. You could just look there? Or did you want to do it programatically? https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/api-group-boards/#api-boards-id-get
-
I'm pretty sure that dropdown is just populated from the other checklists on the board. It won't show checklists from archived cards, so if there are old cards you aren't using with checklists on them you could archive those cards (or delete the checklists).
-
Do you have a paid workspace? For free workspaces, any member of the workspace is an admin. If you have a paid account, and you can't get the other person to make you an admin, then you might need to move the boards to a new workspace. https://help.trello.com/article/768-changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board

If you go to Loom.com they have both a desktop and a browser extension (so you don't really need a button on the card). You can just click that Loom button in the browser and it will record and give you a link to add to the card. The video will still embed if you make it the title of the card for example.

If it is a normal Trello notification, i.e. it comes from do-not-reply@trello.com and has the trello logo at the top and says "Here's what you missed..." Then either a) someone has your outlook email address as their Trello account address or b) someone created a rule on your mail client/server to forward trello…
-
The mac app doesn't send any email notifications, so I think that happening is just a coincidence. https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications I can't tell if you are describing the notifications that Trello sends out normally (i.e. if you "watch" a board, list or card, Trello will send you…

Have you considered just making a new board and closing the existing one? I don't know of any way to do bulk removals inside Trello, but this might help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Introducing-Trellinator-Automate-Trello-with-Google-Apps-Script/ba-p/925271

I'm pretty sure you are just admin of that particular board - not an admin of the Workspace. To the right of the STAR in the top near the board name is the Workspace name. If you click it, you will see a menu that says "View Workspace page" in it. Click that. Then click the tab that says "Members". Are you an admin there?
-
You need to be an admin of the Workspace.
-
Maybe the employee who created the Trello account used the group email as the email address for the account? What do the emails say?
-
There isn't a way to actually add people to the board but then only have them see part of the board. It's just not the collaborative way Trello works. I suspect Jira may have this capability though if you really want to run things that way.
-
You can add buttons to the back of the card. Instead of clicking the pencil icon to open the quick menu, just click anywhere on the white part of the card to open up the card.
-
I think you might be mixing up board member and workspace member. If you add someone to a board (but not the workspace) then they are a guest of the workspace but they are a member of the board. You can’t be a guest on a board and not be a member on the board.
-
You must have installed a browser extension that does this - Trello itself does not do this and a Power-Up cannot do it. Turn off the browser extension and that should go away.
-
I don’t know of any way to make a link to a list (which is what we would need to do this). Would be a nest feature though (and the smart card for that link would do what you want)
-
Recents is one. Also you could “star” it and then it will show in the Starred menu. You can also switch to the workspace it is in using the workspace menu and then it should appear in the left hand navigation. Or click the Trello logo in top left and it will appear on that page as well. There might be more ways I’m…
-
It puts an icon on your desktop. It lets you select a default board to go to. Native notifications, system wide Trello shortcut key. Etc See more here: https://help.trello.com/article/1095-trello-desktop-apps
-
It sounds like you may have used the browser translation capability - not Trello. Trello would only change the words in the interface (buttons and menus) not the cards themselves. But for example Chrome has an ability to change all text on a page. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/173424?hl=en
-
The reason is because you have a paid Workspace. If you invite the user to another board it will incur a charge which the admin (the person paying) has to be aware of. They can also just make them a Workspace member.
-
That button that says “Power-Ups” will let you control the buttons and which ones appear. If you want to make the text smaller in the buttons the browsers zoom function lets you do that.
-
Are you an admin of the Workspace the board is in? If so, then if you can’t to it now I believe this is a feature of the paid plans. See: https://help.trello.com/article/768-changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board
-
https://help.trello.com/article/809-creating-cards-by-email Not dynamically but yes you can see in the screenshots it lets you pick the list. You can set labels etc based on title and then butler could use the label to move to a specific list.
-
You have to type a name for the board. I think this sometimes is not obvious.
-
I think the only way to see that is just to look at the names of the lists at the top of the board.
