Actually may be simpler to capitalize the H in https. Just something so it doesn’t match the regular expression
-
Capitalize the first letter of the domain works for me. like https://Trello.com
-
Yes, you control who can see each board. Make the boards Private and then just add the members you want to each board.
-
If you use backticks around the url it should stay as a url.
-
Or can you paste a picture of the Workspace that you’ve already created?
-
Use backticks before the url.
-
What is broken on the Trello support page? i just submitted a test ticket and it worked ok.
-
Having more than 10 boards was never actually a feature of Gold but I can see how this is confusing. Rest assured we will have some communications coming out over the next few months which will let you resolve this if the $10 price point is the issue. All boards must eventually be in a Workspace. But no there is not a…

I bet your actual account isn’t actually k**exit@googlemail.com but a very similar email address (maybe @gmail.com?) But someone invited that OTHER email address to the board and that is why you see that message.
-
No but you could probably set up a Butler automation rule to notify you when that happens.
-
See finding closed boards here: https://help.trello.com/article/777-closing-a-board I am pretty sure the only time we close boards automatically is if you have start a Business Class Workspace (or a trial for Business Class) and it expires. Since free Workspaces can only have 10 boards, we have to archive the extra. You…

Are you able to get a screenshot from them?
-
Try putting backticks around the url.
-
I’m not 100% certain but I think by default this should work but maybe on the settings page for the workspace, the setting was changed that allows this: see https://help.trello.com/article/992-the-workspace-overview the settings tab
-
They are not mutually exclusive. Gold is an add on (but I also recognize this is confusing and we intend to fix it this year).
-
Which Business Class feature are you trying to use on the iPad?
-
You can only purchase Business Class on the web version. Apple’s in app purchase doesn’t allow for “team” subscriptions (Ie paying for other people) so there is no way to buy Business Class on mobile. But if you buy it via the web the Business Class feature will work on mobile.
-
They are not deleted until you delete them. So closed boards won’t be deleted.
-
If you grab a url to a board or card does that load? does your mobile device work?
-
Can you post a screenshot?
-
You might have to use the browser to complete this flow and get the message to disappear.
-
This site has a TON of info, but for that specific question, start reading here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/guides/rest-api/api-introduction/
-
Under the account tab, there is a "Sync Queue" row. In there, there is an export button that you could send to support.
-
There isn’t a way to disable this unfortunately. I’m very sorry.
-
Go to the iOS settings app, scroll down to Trello and open that. There is a setting Clear on Launch. Try that and if it doesn’t work, reboot phone and try again.
-
We haven’t changed the way we handle user billing in a few years. You can add someone directly to ONE board and it won’t charge you for them but if you add them to more than one board they will be a “multi-board guest” and will incur a charge on Business Class.

Like this one should have sound: https://youtu.be/l3F3l3psqXY
-
Where is the list of videos that you tried?
-
I think that Butler one is supposed to be silent.
-
I suspect what happened is you had more than one email on your account. We had to move accounts down to a single email so I would look in your email for a notification from trello and pay close attention to the email it was sent to and try that. My guess is your account is still there - just not under the email you think…
