I understand what you are saying, but no free users can see paid boards unless you pay for those users. Whether they are guests or members, editors or observers. Our paid plans, and paid boards, charge per user. So if you have a board that you want to use paid features on then you have to pay for the users on that board……

Think about it like this - in the free version Trello costs $0/user. In the paid version Trello costs $10/user. We don’t have a user limit so any user you collaborate with in the free version whether they are a workspace member or a guest of a board costs $0/user. So yes In the free version for any member the cost is…

A Guest is just a board member that isn’t a member of your team/workspace. So you can just add them directly to whatever board you want and they will show up as a Guest.

We don’t currently have an affiliate program.

1. 10. And after that you have to a) pay or b) close some boards or c) make another free workspace 2. yes 3. Workspaces used to be called “Teams” but all boards are in workspaces now so if you are looking at something older that says “team boards” it just means “boards” now. You can unlimited workspace members. 4. No limit…

1. Google delisted it and required us to make changes to it that we haven’t been able to prioritize 2. yes - this crew that makes a ton of useful Trello stuff did one: https://powerups.club/ Most of the functionality of the extension is now included in trello itself. To find a board: hit 'b' and type the board name on any…

Those Amazon s3 links will be migrated over in the next few weeks. All urls will work like the newly uploaded attachments.

You can share the card using the External Share powerup which is a paid powerup at https://powerups.club Or you can upload your files to a cloud provider (Dropbox/google drive etc) before adding to the card - then just use the sharing mechanism in those cloud providers.

All Atlassian products have free and paid tiers and currently if you want to purchase any of the products - your company has to purchase them separately. Trello, like Jira and Confluence, is free - but also has paid features. Buying one product doesn’t give you access to the others except through the free tiers (since they…

Oh good - I wasn’t sure if this shipped yet but we finally shipped the feature you need: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/understand-authentication-policies/ see nonbillable policy. add your users you don’t want to pay for there and you should be all set.

We don’t have any immediate plans to relist the extension because of other conflicts with our roadmap and prioritization. So at the moment the Quick Cards for Trello extension would also be my suggestion.

Thinking about this more, I think the heart of the issue is really "If a user doesn't engage with an Atlassian product that is billable by Access, after some amount of time, why do we still have to pay for them?" The non-billable nature of JSM portal accounts make this complex (because otherwise the answer would be 'if…

Can you contact https://trello.com/contact Support via that link and give permission to "impersonate" your account (it's a checkbox) and tell them Seb wanted to see your account?

I don't know of any way to do this with the Custom Fields powerup.

It doesn’t look like there is a way to delete just one products “account” once you have an Atlassian Account - only https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/ https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2020/02/managing-trello-accounts-from-your-organization Suggests deactivating…

“Advise the users to move it to their personal accounts as it would be suggesting it is OK to move company data outside of our information sphere” The problem becomes - if they are using Trello for company needs and you want the security Access provides for tools that your employees use then there is no real resolution…

Based on the density of information you need, and the requirements, I think Jira Work Management would probably suit your needs best: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/work-management (same company, different tool that likely fits your vision better)

All your boards are in a Workspace and your subscription works at the Workspace level. You can add members directly to your Workspace so they can see all the boards (you pay for these people). Or you can add people ONLY to a board - we call this a Guest of the Workspace since they can't see the other boards (you don't pay…

No boards were deleted. The migration to Workspace would have closed boards if you are over the free Workspace 10 board limit. Please read more here: https://help.trello.com/article/1263-moving-to-workspaces

My biased opinion is our mobile apps are one of the best productivity mobile apps around. As far as fixing global/local issues - it depends. Given there are millions and millions of Trello users, it isn't feasible for us to prioritize each individual person's issue, but we do listen and take notice of most things. (Hi! I'm…

You can scroll the board left to right. That’s the only way to see the lists if you have more than the ones that fit on the screen. Ie you can’t “shrink” or stack the lists.

Trello would not have deleted any data. We emailed and had in app banners about this migration but you can read more here: https://help.trello.com/article/1263-moving-to-workspaces My recommendation is first to log on to Trello via a web browser not the mobile app - just to make sure you can see everything. Then I suspect…

After the free trial ends, unless you move boards to another workspace before then, any boards in a free workspace over 10 that are the least active will be closed. You can still access them but you’d have to close another board to open one if you are at the limit. (Or move it to another workspace) Currently there is no…
