In case it wasn't obvious, you can use the Trello website to quickly navigate to boards by typing `b` and then the board name and then enter when you are at trello.com
-
Can you post a screenshot?
-
Your boards likely were moved into a Workspace: https://help.trello.com/article/1263-moving-to-workspaces And you had more than 10, so the least active boards were closed (not deleted). https://help.trello.com/article/781-reopening-a-closed-board
-
It is why Hannah said.
-
But also, most of the things in Trello Gold are now available in the free tier.
-
Thanks for the explanation and the detail. Super helpful. Most of the features available in Gold are now actually free. Unlimited Power-Ups was the big one. But also the personalization features. The only one that maybe would affect you now that didn’t if you were paying for Gold would be the file upload size limit, but…

Not really. Mobile will work offline but not completely for everything. Web does not work offline.
-
Doesn't Trello already do that? Our free version is pretty robust, and we just introduced a cheaper paid plan.
-
Yes, this changed recently: https://help.trello.com/article/1327-trellos-plans-update-and-faq
-
Not exactly. If custom fields powerup is on for people’s boards, we won’t start charging them. It will just stay on for those boards. But no charges. We couldn’t even do that for free users because we don’t have their credit card info ;) besides that would be not great experience for users.
-
Why don’t you just contact support and ask them to give you a refund? https://trello.com/contact
-
I'm not sure what part you are referring to when you you say that it says you won't be able to deactivate users. Maybe post a screenshot?
-
It's not actually a coupon I think - it just gets auto applied if you make a workspace and pay for Premium on it if you are a Gold customer.
-
We just did a big launch, so ticket load is high. Also, paid users get priority support. I think our SLA for free users is 3 business days (M-F 9-5 ET). I looked under your last name "McIntyre" though and I don't see a ticket. Did you get a ticket number? Contact support form is the button at bottom…
-
If you aren't allowed to enable Power-Ups then unfortunately I don't have an answer that will satisfy the conditions you've laid out. Trello just used AWS as the cloud provider and created an obfuscated url. I suspect there are other apps/sites that may do this or you can do it with AWS directly. Unfortunately for…

We don't have a timeline at the moment because it isn't clear when we can build them in the way we want to build them. However, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't allow you to sync lists from different boards. You'd have to use something like Unito for that.
-
No. To be clear, custom fields is no longer a Power-Up. It is now a paid feature available in Standard. If you purchase Standard and enable custom fields on your boards, when you downgrade to free, the fields would no longer be visible.
-
Custom fields is no longer a power-up. So people that are still subscribed to Gold cannot add it to new boards and free users cannot add it to new boards. The change we made to sunset Gold and introduce Standard included this. My recommendation: contact support and get a refund for your Gold subscription and then use that…

I believe all your boards will move into a Workspace if you do nothing, but because the other users are just members of your boards, they will become "Guests" of the workspace. A guest is just someone that is on a board in a workspace, but isn't a member of the workspace. If those people you work with are only on ONE…
-
Hi, There is a lot going on in this release so how it affects everyone may be different depending on their situation. Just for clarity, 99.99% of our user's boards have already been moved into Workspaces. We delayed moving Gold users boards because we wanted Standard to be there. All free Workspaces can only hold 10 open…
-
If an admin leaves a board and there are no other admins, I think it chooses someone. I remember this being a code path so a board always has an admin. It could be the case that if someone deletes their account, this code doesn't run. One way around it would be to run a trial for Premium. If you start the trial or upgrade…
-
We have a bug opened for this.
-
Can you paste a screenshot? It sounds like the workspace you are trying to open the boards in doesn’t have room. You could move boards to another free workspace too if you’d like.
-
I can confirm an Enterprise Advocate is working up a quote. I hope to have it to you today but I think it’s going to depend on which timezone everyone is in since it’s 5pm on a Friday for me here in New York.
-
I’ll figure out what is going on and get back to you today.
-
Which part is no longer working? Are you able to post a screenshot or more info for us to help?
-
Yes, we broke this by accident. It's on the list to fix.
-
1. https://help.trello.com/article/705-creating-a-new-workspace 2. yes 3. no
-
No, whether someone is an Observer or not doesn't make them a free user in a paid workspace. You could make the board public? Or you could use this Power-Up: https://trello.com/power-ups/60d93bb780ee244d5d2b1edd Or you could not give access to the board to those people and instead use Reports to send them…
