Hi @agileautonomy, I don't have a timeline on when those might be available, but it's something we're thinking about. Thanks for letting us know that this is something you'd be interested in seeing! Any notes on on how you'd like use card or list embeds if they were available?

Hi there! I wanted to let you all know that we've fixed the issue that was causing text from Microsoft Word to paste as an image (rather than as text) in Trello. We're still looking into a similar issue for other Microsoft products, but for now, you can get around this by right clicking in the description and selecting…

Hi Cody! Sorry to hear you're encountering that problem. You can resolve it logging out of Trello and then back in again. Let us know if you're still having trouble after trying that.
-
@Drew Knox To paste from Excel, you can right click in the description and select "Paste and match style".
-
@Kathleen McGrath Thanks for sharing that information about your setup and what you're seeing. I'll make sure that gets to the right place—we'd definitely like to improve that!
-
@Stan Green That explains it. The new version of the editor hasn't been released to all Trello Enterprise customers yet, but it will be very soon!
-
@Stan Green That's very odd! When it reverts back to the previous experience, do you see a "Try the new editor" link beneath the description field on the card back? Also, any chance that you're on Trello Enterprise?
-
Hi @Kathleen McGrath . Text copied from another app into the new editor should typically be inserted as text, not as an image—unless the text was originally within a table, in which case pasting as a image is expected. If you're seeing this problem even with text that's not in a table, would it be possible to share a…

If you're still seeing this problem, could you tell me exactly what steps you're taking to move the cards to the workspace boards? Also, is there any automation or Power-Up installed on either of the boards?
-
@Roberto Vis You can enter a line break (a new line with no extra space) by holding shift while you press enter.
-
I'm glad to hear you're no longer seeing issues with the headers. Are you still seeing links disappear when you move them to another board? Is the text still there, but no longer linked, or are both the text and the link gone?
-
Hi there! Thanks so much for giving the new Editor a try. This will soon be the default experience for everyone, but if your team is open to moving over sooner, I do think that would help with the inconsistencies that you're seeing. In the meantime, the extra "" formatting you're seeing is related to the new ways that…

Hi Jerry, Sorry to hear about this! We've been making some improvements to the card description recently and you may have discovered an issue there. Is this happening every time you try to edit the card description? If so, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing before you click "Save"? Thanks!

Hi Jay, you may find some of the information on this ticket helpful: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11072 In particular, moving that user to a nonbillable policy may be…

Thanks for sending that video. We're continuing to look into this on our end and will get back to you as soon as we have an update for you.

Hi Jason, In order to open the link that card, your boss will need to be a member of that board or its team and will need to be logged into Trello. Regarding automating updates through Zapier, we'd suggest contacting Zapier's support directly about this. When creating a zap based on activity from Trello, it's possible…

Hi Gerrie, Although you can link to a specific card or board, right now there isn't a way to link to a list in isolation. I'll let our team know that's something you'd be interested in. In the meantime, we'd suggest sending a link to the board instead.
-
Hi Andrew, Would you mind sending us some more information about this at trello.com/contact? When you submit your information there, please leave the "Give Trello support staff temporary access to your account" checked, so that we can further investigate. Please also include a screenshot of your exact search query.
-
Glad to hear you were able to make it work for your needs!
-
Hi Todd, Right now, there isn't a way to set a different duration for each card within Trello. The closest options would be the Planyway or Cronofy Power-Ups.
-
Right now, it isn't possible to change that timing, but I'll let our team know it's something you'd be interested in.
-
Hi Gavin, Right now there isn't a way to add more than 5 dropdown options, but I'll let our team know you'd be interested in adding more.
-
Hi Francisco, The @trello user is owned by Trello and is perfectly safe. No one monitors that account, but it is automatically added to the welcome board that every account starts off with. You're welcome to delete it—it won't cause any problems on your board.
-
Hi Aaron, You can find all cards without members by searching for "-has:members" (without the quotes). We have some more information about special search operators here: http://help.trello.com/article/808-searching-for-cards-all-boards

Hi James, I'll let our team know that's something you'd be interested in!
-
Hi Jose, Would you mind sending us some screenshots of what you're seeing at trello.com/contact?
-
Could you send us an example of some of the board IDs at trello.com/contact? We can use that information to find out what accounts those boards are associated with.
-
Hi Andrew, Could you try putting quotation marks around the names of the lists? If that's still not working for you, please include a screenshot of the exact search query, and we'll be happy to take a look.
-
Hi Liz, Right now, there isn't a way to set a Slack reminder based on a Trello card's due date. I'lll let our team know that's something you'd be interested in!
-
Hi Jenny, I'm sorry to hear that your changes were lost. It sounds like those changes may not have ever made it to our servers. In the future, to help minimize the risk of data loss, we'd suggest that you make sure to refresh the window that holds Trello before using it, if your computer has been asleep. We also suggest…
