Hi Danielle, do you know if the destination board has any automations running? If an automation rule is adding things like labels to cards automatically, that can force the mirror card into a regular card. You can undo that by following these steps: * Remove the label or other information * From the board view, hover over…
-
Hi! Can you please try refreshing the board that should have the mirror cards on it and let me know if they display correctly after that?
-
@Jan Olver A mirror card is a preview of the original card rather than a copy. So, instead of syncing changes between two different cards, clicking on the mirror card will open the original card from your current location, where you can view and edit the information.
-
No, there is not a limit that is specific to mirror cards.
-
Hi there! This is the rule you'll need when a card is moved out of the board, find a card titled "{cardlink}{*}" on [board name], and archive the card The title of a mirror card is the URL of the source card, so this is searching for cards with a title that matches the card URL.
-
Hi Emily, we just finished rolling out this feature today, so your teammates should be able to see it now!
-
This is correct; the rollout was gradual. We've just finished releasing this feature, so the other members of your team should be able to see it today!
-
This is available now! When creating your automation action, select "Create new card with title..." and click on the icon next to "card". From there, you can select "mirror" to create a mirror card.
-
Hi @Kari Mendoza, we're in the process of rolling out a new feature this week that I think will help. Stay tuned!
-
Hi @Clare Horgan! If you select an Organization first, are you then able to create the board?
-
@Francesca Pellegrino It's not possible to switch plans during an active subscription; however, if you add a new user now, the cost will be prorated based on the amount of days remaining in your subscription. With only 7 days remaining, that should be very low. To ensure that your Premium subscription isn't automatically…

@Rachael Davies It looks like the problem is that you don't have permission to do this because you're not a member of the Workspace that board belongs to. Slack has to be authorized separately for each Workspace, so it's also possible that it's already turned on for another Workspace you're using but not for this one. What…

@Rachael Davies Would you please try opening your browser's console, trying this again, and sending a screenshot of any errors that appear in the console? If you're using Chrome, you can open the console with Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows or Linus or Cmd + Option + J on a Mac.

@Beatrix Paal When you mention downloading Markdown, are you referring to the button to view Markdown? That's still available here:
-
Hi Catarina! Could you tell me a little more about what you'd like to do here? Are you trying to connect 2 different accounts to the Google Drive Power-Up, which allows you to access your Google Drive folders directly from Trello? Or are you referring to the Trello add-on for Gmail? Or something else? If it's the add-on…

Are you able to open the Trello message shortcut in Slack at all? If so, do you see any Trello Workspace there?
-
You won't lose any of your data. If you have more than 10 boards, some of those boards will close automatically; however, closed boards can be reopened as long as there's space in the Workspace. There's more information…
-
Hi @Rafael T., I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this! If you open the Trello message shortcut, do you see your Workspace there? You can open the message shortcut by typing /trello and then selecting "Create card", or by clicking on the message actions and either selecting "Create card from message" or…

@Emil Snorre Alnæs Yes, the original Markdown editor will be removed this week.
-
@tzsebe OK, yes, I was able to confirm that Markdown in descriptions added via the API will still format properly.
-
@tzsebe It should still work when creating card descriptions using the API; I'll confirm this on Monday and follow up. I was looking into the pasting behavior, and I was incorrect in one of my previous statements—it actually is possible to paste Markdown into the editor and have it format properly, but it depends on what's…
-
Hi @mnicky, happy to try to explain this! Both of your interpretations are correct—there are separate editors involved and separate ways of formatting text. If you've use other Atlassian products, you might have noticed that they use a version of the same WYSIWYG editor as Trello. That editor is built to use Atlassian…

@Anthony Smith For your questions 1, 2, and 4, I've already addressed these, so I won't be repeating my answers here. If there are new questions about how to use the new editor or otherwise adjust to this change, I'm happy to help with those. For # 3, the expected behavior, which I'm able to reproduce, is that it should…
-
@RichardJECooke That's right, that's a read only panel intended to help people copy out of Trello into another app (for example, we were hearing that people using Trello to draft social media posts needed that ability). Writing Markdown into the editor should auto-convert into formatted text, although pasting Markdown into…
-
Hi Anthony, I'm not sure what question hasn't been answered yet. I thought that the question in this page was whether Trello would add a way to continue using Markdown, and I've tried to be very clear that, no, we are moving forward with removing the Markdown editor, and we will not be reversing this decision. I wouldn't…
-
I understand you're really disappointed by this change, and I know that it must feel frustrating that you won't be able to continue to use Trello for your workflow. I've passed along this feedback to the editor team. However, we've made this decision very carefully, and we're fully committed to this change.
-
Hi @Juan Ochoa, we have some more info on exporting from Trello here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/
-
There will not be a way to go back to the old mode after August 15. I know that's disappointing, so I want to share a little more about why we've made this decision. At this point, very few people are still using the old Markdown editor. For a long time, there wasn't much downside to keeping it around for people who…

@Josh Dengler Any person who is a member of a Workspace or a member of any board within the Workspace is counted as a collaborator. If you want those additional 14 people to be members of the boards, they will be counted as collaborators. If they only need able to view and possibly comment on the board but don't need to…

Hi! For the first question, are you trying to connect to Slack from within Trello, or to Trello from within Slack? Or both? Can you tell me more about how you're trying to use them together? For your second question, there isn't a way to send a regular Slack message from Trello, but you can send a Trello card to someone in…
