Hi Darren. I'm sorry, but I have to crush your hopes here. Our functions are based on an index that we build after a full reindex. If these indexes are not up to date, you will not get the information that you seek. Plan out a weekend for a full reindex in order to benefit from these functions. We are so sorry if this was…

Hi Paul. You can't really stop users from creating a tag, since git is a local repo. What you can do, is stopping them from pushing the tags into your repo. Is this what you mean? If so I think I might have a script somewhere that does something similar. Cheers! Dyelamos

Hi Chris. I would use a listener. Regarding your clarification, you would use the Issue Worklog Updated Event. You can examine everything within the event, which will include the remaining Estimate change. I believe this question will help you. Cheers Dyelamos!

Hi Jordan. I had a few problems with behaviours myself in old versions. Since I'm a dev at the Scriptrunner team I have access to all of its builds. In the new development build it works fine. I would tell you to wait it out. It will work once you update. If this helped out, please accept answers, so that users know this…

That is an entire different matter. I actually agree that could be of use. Feel free to submit a feature request at www.productsupport.adaptavist.com Cheers! DYelamos

Well not at all. What if you are looking for a key for a project that was "KEY" for example. Would you want to fetch the issues that casually mention "key"? No. This is ASCII, there is a huge subset of characters to be used for a reason. Since this question is answered, feel free to mark my question as accepted so that…

This might have to do with the fact that they are different sections! You can't move weight in between sections, only within the same div. You might want to change the section, but I'm not sure we support every section in that sub-menu. Cheers! Dyelamos

You are missing the import for the annotation sir: Add this import: import com.onresolve.scriptrunner.runner.customisers.WithPlugin And check again, I'm confident this will work! Cheers! Dyelamos
-
If i'm not mistaken, you are missing the @withPlugin tag. Check our documentation about it here: https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/4.3.5/jira/scripting-other-plugins.html Did this help? If so, could you accept my answer so that other users know that this question has been solved? Cheers! DYelamos

Hi Felix. This is not intended behaviour. I can say with confidence that Scriptrunner does not do that by itself, and I can demo this in a vanilla instance for you whenever you want. Things that could be causing this: 1. Rest request at the start of your instance to an issue that contains that scripted field. 2. Some kind…

Yes it is. If you only add a whitespace to one, that will force recompilation of that script. Which will force recompilation of the class that it extends if the hashes do not match. So yea don't worry, you only need to modify one of your scripts. If this solved your answer, please accept the answer so that other users know…

你好 Hanxiong! What version of scriptrunner are you using? We have a builtin version of this postfunction that shouldn't give you any problems. You can see a picture of where it is here: Are you aware that this is built-in for you? If this solved your answer, please accept the answer so that other users know that this…

I don't actually know how it works, since that is on JIRA's side. But think of it this way: When the form is loaded, these things happen. 1. A request is sent. 2. Behaviours load. 3. Behaviours execute initialisers. 4. Jira loads data into the form. This includes things like the project and such. 5. Rest of behaviours are…

You cannot do this. As we specified in the article that you are referencing to: "This script hinges on the parentIssueId being present in the form. As such, you will need to associate the script with a visible field. It will not work as an initialiser." You can see this as a warning in the article: So to solve your issue…

Yes, this is correct. I think it is case sensitive. Cheers! Dyelamos

Hi Yanduganov. This sounds like a very old bug that we had in our product about a year ago. Which version of JIRA and SR are you running? Cheers! DYelamos
-
I do not think that is possible, but maybe someone else has a different opinion. I think JIRA does this by itself. Maybe someone from Atlassian can be of more help. Sorry! Dyelamos

Hello Jim. Do you want this as a scripted field? Or do you want this as a JQL function? Your question confuses me a bit. If you want this to be a scripted field, it is relatively easy. If you want a JQL it might be a bit harder. Cheers! Dyelamos

Go to Administration->Manage Addons and select Scriptrunner from the dropdown. Also please provide me with your Bitbucket version. Here are some pictures to guide you:

Without information about your scriptrunner version I really can't give you relevant information. Could you please tell me your version? We can take it from there. Cheers! DYelamos

If you read my answer. This is impossible while using a validator. It will simply not work, because the issue isn't created until the "onCreate" transition is finished and committed to the database. You will need to inject some short of JS script via Script Fragments in order to make this work. This is not simple at all.…

Okay I just got a notification from this and thought I would step in to get some concepts out of the way. If I'm not mistaken, at the create stage, the issue is not yet created.a If the issue is not created, you cannot check for attachments. This is quite a limitation that I've seen a few clients run into. There are a few…

Okay: So Looking at your code: if (issue.getCustomFieldValue(cf).size() > 1){ for (int i = 1; i < issueCf.size(); i++){ def cfValue = new ArrayList() cfValue.add(issueCf[i]) issue.setCustomFieldValue(cf, cfValue) issue.setIssueTypeId(svcIssueTypeMap.get(issueCf[i])) def issueCfMap = new HashMap()…

Hello Marc. This would work only within the scope of one project: For example: project = SRJIRA AND statusCategory != Done AND issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("project != SRJIRA", "Blocks") Does this help at all? Cheers! DYelamos
-
Hello Michael. This is a pre-receive hook that is built-in, so you wouldn't need to even craft this yourself. What version of Scriptrunner for Bitbucket are you on? Would you consider upgrading? Cheers! Dyelamos
-
Eric, this could be because some projects aren't agile maybe? With such a small amount of information it's quite hard to try to diagnose your problem.

Hey Brian. Could you please accept my answer so that other users know that this has been solved? Cheers! DYelamos

Hey Brian! The Epic link is a link, you won't get that through it's options. You might need to set this value to an actual link. Try this: ProgramFld.setFormValue("PRDRPTD-1") Or: ProgramFld.setFormValue("{YOUR JIRA URL}" + "/browse/PRDRPTD-1") If this doesn't work let me know and I'll try to get this to work in my local…

Think about Re indexing as follows: You have a Bookshelf of 1000 books. You a bookshelf in which you order them by Author. This is your "Index" And once awhile someone tells you that one was incorrect. That means that you need to look at your entire list, find the correct book, change the information in your list,…

Om friend: If you see your last line: issueManager.updateIssue(user, issue, EventDispatchOption.DO_NOT_DISPATCH ,false) The most important bit being: EventDispatchOption.DO_NOT_DISPATCH You are not dispatching an issue update event. Therefore, your JIRA isn't reindexing, that's why your value in your JQL appears as the old…
