Hi @Vasco Nunes, yes, you need to use the Permission Schemes. Jira Administration -> Issues -> Permission Schemes. Then you need to check in the schemes that are using the desired project (or default if you are just using one). Then go to the permission Create Issues and be sure that the group you don't wan't to have…

Hi @Jerry Lee in your case I'm afraid that they need to be installed in the same server. If you install JSD in another server, is seen as another Jira. If you need them to be in different server I recommend to use this app that allows the integration and communication between…

Thanks a lot @Earl McCutcheon!

Great!! happy to hear that. Let's see if they fix it soon.

You're right @Yogesh Mude unless the key changes the url will remain the same
-
Hi @Tania Ripoll so far is not possible to order the items manually, is explained in this post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-reorder-check-lists-on-a-card-Trello/qaq-p/751854 Cheers, David

Thanks @Pawel G!

Hi @David Rodriguez In order to help others to find the answer I'd appreciate so much that you mark the answer as "Accepted Answer" if it helped you. Thanks in advance, Cheers.

Hi @Peter Gilbertson unfortunately there are many features left behind with the new Next Gen Project like the issue collector, quick filters, subtasks... Atlassian said that this is just the beginning and they will improve the NextGen with more features in the future, cross fingers... Cheers, David

Cool! Happy to hear that.

Hi @Alexandre Léveillé JSD doesn't offer a solution out of the box but there's a fantastic all called Translation for Jira Service Desk that will allow you to achive the multilingual site. Cheers, David
-
You welcome Piotrek, please share with us the response from Atlassian

Hi @Celik Vedat I'd grant permission also to Project Admins as is very difficult for them to manage projects / issues without bulk capabilities.
-
Hi @Abdullah_Fahim in muy opinion Jira Core fits with your need. Definetely you don't need Jira Software and Jira Service Desk will be only needed in case that you need to interact with petitions from outside of your organization (or IT needs). You can start with a basic workflow and permissions for your teams and then…
-
Hi @Jayakumar Subramanian better asking your Bamboo admin as it seems he/she has changed the permissions, that's why you cannot run the plans. Cheers, David
-
Great, happy to hear that you could manage it. It's a really odd behaviour
-
But can you see the versions in the previous screen? where all the releases are? Have you tried with another browser? sometimes there are issues with them
-
Hi @Dennis Sebenick can you see all the versions in the right order in the Releases list? Not in the merge dropdown
-
If you have enough memory and handle properly the ports, no problem at all. Technically is possible but the best practice is having them separate

@Piotr Mierzejewski I've asked my colleagues and they think is a bug too, as we are testing being a Jira admin (full access and scopes) and still, does't get the Epic details. I recommend to raise a ticket in the Support site explaining the situation https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @Colette Martin-Wilde the easiest way to proceed is copying (or moving) the parent page from one of the spaces and select the target space (and page) as destination. Important to select to copy the child pages (see images). Cheers, David

Hi @John Vialpando, in Jira Cloud there's no an archiving feature out of the box. The recommended way to archive projects is: * Create a permissions scheme called "Archived" or the title you wish * Remove all permissions in the scheme but those that you want to keep having access ie. Jira admins. Specially remove the…
-
@Piotr Mierzejewski I've reproduced your behaviour and it's a bit odd as you can see the Epic in the endpoint before (boards). It seems that is a bug from Atlassian
-
Hi @Piotr Mierzejewski if you want to get the info from an Epic better to use regular GET for an issue (as an epic is an issue itself) /rest/api/3/issue/{issueIdOrKey} Cheers, David
-
Hi @Murugan Mittapalli it seems that something is going wrong with the variables in the script. Is hard to guess without info but I'd recommend to use Automation Lite instead of a script so you can control much better the flow. You can use the following configuration to create a subtask when a field changes Cheers, David

Hi @Pawel G indeed, only counts installation via Marketplace and also includes the trials. On the other hand, Atlassian doesn't update that number when a user installs the app. Not even daily, is updated weekly. Cheers, David
