@Clark Eversonunrelated question - are you using a browser plugin to use dark mode?
-
Congrats everyone!
-
I always quote IT Crowd and I try to mimic the characters voices and mannerisms but it usually comes out awful :)
-
Is there any chance the plugin needs to be updated?
-
Congrats!
-
This also worked for me :)

Timezone 1 please!

I'm having the same problem in Confluence server.
-
I answered my own question, it wasn't a matter of the login process it was that the API URL was incorrect :) I was able to get it working
-
It honestly depends on who I'm playing with, sometimes playing with complete strangers is intimidating and makes me nervous but I guess that's the point :) I am coming up with a blank on some of my favorites but two truths and a lie is one I've played many times.

:D Can't wait to earn some kudos!

Hi @Bill Sheboy Those are some good points that I might implement! I really like the idea of not having an On Hold status in the workflow but I'm not sure if that's feasible. Much of my work is dependent on others' schedules. I do however like the idea of tracking how long and how often issues on are on hold.

I'd love to join timezone 2!

I love the move away from CRON :)

I could never get sick of either pepperoni pizza or buffalo chicken calzones.

Is it possible to get the results output in a list format?
-
On one hand I appreciate not starting at 0 again, but on the other hand people who were not part of this test who ARE starting at 0 might think we have an unfair advantage.
-
We are still in the process but what we are doing is updating the email addresses in the Jira database to match what their future email address will be, restarting Jira and then running the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant. It seems to be working so far but I'm sure there's a better solution out there.

I wouldn't know who your Confluence administrator is, is there someone in your organization that you could reach out to?

Welcome @Md Didarul Islam and @Guillaume Etoundi !
-
Can you explain what is not working? Is it running into errors or is it not transitioning the parent issue?
-
I would set up a sandbox server environment, export the Cloud instance to the sandbox server environment, and then merge the two instances together. I personally use Botron's Configuration Manager https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview There are a…

What is the process currently for the agents? Are they sending a canned response that they type in each time based on the request type and where it is in the workflow?
-
Welcome to the community!
-
Yes, that is true. @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ 's solution is probably better, you would create a transition in the workflow maybe call it Update Priority and have the priority and comment fields appear.
-
@AlexeyThis is what I set up in my test environment, when the priority changes it will send a slack message but you could easily change it to a Teams message, an email, or even add a comment to the issue. To start go to your project settings and then go to Automation. From there you can create a new rule.
-
It might be a bit tough, you could certainly use Automation but when would you want the comments sent to the customer? If you use Automation, go to your project settings and click on Automation on the lefthand side. Make sure you are on Automation and not Legacy Automation. You could set up some Manual triggers that are…
