Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue accessing a Jira project and am hoping someone in the community may have seen this before.
Issue Summary
When I click a link to access a specific Jira project, I am prompted to log in successfully. After authentication, the page appears to load for several seconds and then redirects to a page displaying the following message:
"You're almost there - Try again"
No additional error details are provided.
Troubleshooting Performed
So far I have tried:
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
- Chrome Incognito Mode
- Edge InPrivate Mode
- Clearing browser cache and cookies
- Logging out and back into Atlassian
Administrator Troubleshooting
Our Jira administrator has also attempted the following:
- Verified project permissions
- Verified group membership
- Removed my account and recreated it
- Reassigned permissions after recreating the account
Despite these efforts, the issue remains unchanged.
Additional Details
- Authentication completes successfully.
- The problem occurs only when attempting to access the project.
- The browser continues loading briefly before displaying the message.
- The behavior is consistent across multiple browsers and private browsing sessions.
Questions
- Has anyone encountered the "You're almost there - Try again" message after a successful login?
- Are there application-level permissions, product access assignments, or licensing issues that could cause this behavior even when project permissions appear correct?
- Are there Atlassian logs or diagnostic steps that administrators can review to identify the root cause?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
