No active subscriptions - still cannot delete account and unsubscribe from emails

Hi there,

I am trying to delete my account and unsubscribe from all emails. I am getting an error despite having zero active subscriptions. I would appreciate help. The support page hasn't been helpful at all and the system for creating support tickets doesn't have a send button.

We're Community members, so we can't access or delete accounts.

To stop marketing emails, go to your Atlassian account settings → Email → Email preferences center → Unsubscribe all. For account deletion, check Atlassian Billing for any remaining entitlements.

If nothing appears, contact Billing & Licensing Support. My fellow Community Champion @Tomislav Tobijas  has written a step-by-step guide explaining how to reach the actual support form.
