Bitbucket - Unable to log you in error ,inactive account?

Hello,

I need access to my old bitbucket account to accept a pending invite.

I'm guessing the account lapsed into inactivity.

Can access Atlassian just fine but get an error when trying to login to bitbucket.

Sure the following shows up regardless of browser/device/connection.

Figured it was account related. I'll reach out to Atlassian support to get it fixed.

Hey @Marc van der Staak,

If you can access your Atlassian account but not Bitbucket, it's possible that your BB account has been marked as dormant due to inactivity. I've seen similar cases where Atlassian Support was able to reactivate the account. 👀

A few things I'd suggest:

* Try logging in using an incognito/private window or another browser to rule out browser-related issues.
* If that doesn't help, reach out to Atlassian Billing & Licensing Support. Select Your Account → Log-in issues → Need more help? and explain that your Bitbucket account may need reactivation. 🎟️
* Once your account is accessible, if you're not receiving the workspace invitation, check your email preferences and ensure Product Invitations is enabled under Product Surveys and Invitations. Your workspace admin can then cancel and resend the invitation. Support can also check whether your email address is on their suppression list.

Could you also share the exact error message you're seeing when attempting to log in to Bitbucket? A screenshot would help, too, provided it doesn't contain any sensitive information.
