Unable to edit Automations suddenly. Confirmed that I still have Admin access.

I have Admin access to my Jira project but am unable to edit automations. This is a new problem as I worked on my automations 2 days ago. I now get a message on the Automations screen: You do not have permission to manage rules, contact your site admin to request access. However again, I confirmed that I still have admin permission. A peer who has historically has the ability to edit automations tested this morning and also is unable to edit or see "actions" like exporting the automation. Are others having the same issue this morning? What may be a possible problem? Thanks!

Stupid question - but you still have the Jira Admin App role yes?

Are these JSM? Did you sign up for the JSM Admin App role EAP/Beta? not sure if its live or not.

Worst case - you may need to reach out to Atlassian Support and give them access to your data to inspect the back end to see what broke.

Unless someone went through and changed "who can edit this flow" on your automations - pretty sure a Jira-Admin can override that lockout.

Did you check audit log in admin.atlassian.com? Do it in incognito mode as well. If it doesn't work, you need to raise a support request for Atlassian.
