Is it possible to restore my deactivated site?

Question

Hello

Recently I have been unable to access my site at the address koalacrevette.atlassian.net as per this screenshot.

It’s possible my site has been deactivated because of inactivity, but is there any way to please restore it or its data?

Thank you, kind regards

Hi @KoalaCrevette.

You may still be able to recover your site!

Check Atlassian Administration → Subscriptions → Inactive and look for the Reactivate option.

If it's unavailable, contact Atlassian Billing & Licensing Support as soon as possible, since data retention is limited.

My fellow Community Champion Tomislav has written a step-by-step guide on reaching Support.

Cheers,

Welcome @KoalaCrevette , if your instance was on free tier it gets deactivated for 120+ of inactivity. Do you have free tier?
