Workspace access issues

Question

As a admin, when I try to give bitbucket workspace access to other users, it shows as Invite sent but they are not receiving email notifications with the invite. Even though, rarely they receive, the access permissions I give are not reflecting correctly and they are unable to see the repositories. My URL is like https://bitbucket.org/XXXX

Regarding the missing invitations, one possibility is that the affected email addresses have ended up on Atlassian's email suppression list, which can happen when previous emails have bounced. 📤

I'd suggest checking the following:

* Ask the affected users to check their spam/junk folders and verify that Product Invitations are enabled in their Atlassian account email preferences.
* Navigate to Workspace settings → User groups, locate the pending invitations, and try resending them. According to official docs, this can also clear an email address from the suppression list.
* If invitations still aren't delivered, contact Atlassian Support to investigate. (you'll need to have a paid subscription to use this channel) 🎟️

Regarding repository visibility, I'd also recommend checking whether the affected users belong to the appropriate groups and whether those groups have been granted access to the repositories. Being a workspace member doesn't necessarily mean having access to every private repository. 👈
