My account is deactivated due to inactivity, want to reactivate the account

If your Jira Free site was deactivated due to inactivity, visit https://admin.atlassian.com/billing → Subscriptions → Inactive and check whether you can reactivate it.
If that option isn't available, contact Atlassian Billing Support.
If your Atlassian account has been deactivated, your organization's admin may be able to reactivate it for you.
