Hi everyone! 👋

My name is Deric, and I'm tuning in from Chennai, India. Over the past 11+ years, I’ve spent my time navigating the wonderful (and occasionally chaotic!) world of technical support, escalation management, and P1/P2 Major Incident operations across enterprise, healthcare, and cybersecurity environments.

I’ve been following the Atlassian Community for a while and wanted to officially pop in and say hello! I'm also super excited to share that I've just earned my Atlassian Rovo AI Fundamentals accreditation, adding it right alongside my Jira Service Management (JSM) with AI Fundamentals (ACH-815) certification!

Whether it's streamlining triage or finding ways to make service delivery smoother and less stressful for everyone involved, I'm deeply passionate about all things Atlassian.
