start of the cloud migration trail failed with error code

Question

We had a expired Jira server license for 100 users. I tried to start a “Free cloud migration trial for our self-managed customers” while I was logged in with my Atlassian account.

After I entered the site address and clicked the button to apply to the trial I got the following error code. 00f7e427070344d891f6b7c7edd7dd01

Today I found a support article how to migrate with expired license: https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/migrate-to-cloud-with-an-expired-server-license/

With this information, I could successful start the trial / migration.

You could try raising a suppor ticket using your server license SEN but as it is expired this might be tricky.

I'll see if this can get some Atlassian eyes on it!
