On Team managed project, the tasks get disappeared with status closed. Can we get the task back.
If not, is it archived. How do we get the backup
Where did it vanish from? A board? The issue view? The issue navigator?

Team-managed projects are not available for Jira Core Server, which is the platform marked for this question. Are you really in Cloud?
Check for any filter on the board that might be hiding Done tickets.

I did checked on all the options on the board, i wasnt able to find and filters related to "Hiding and exclusion Rules".
After issues are moved to a Done status category, like Closed, they will disappear from Team-managed boards after 2 weeks.
If it disappears then we cannot retrieve it ? it contains data for reference
