Insight Training Material

Michael

Hi,

Can anyone provide links to Insight training materials (Videos / Documentation)?

I am looking for training materials on linking JSM requests to insight data and query language (IQL). I looked on Atlassian university but was unable to find any courses.

Also, if there are any on the insights discovery tool

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Michael

Hey @Michael ,

Really specific on Insight you won't be able to find some University courses.

However, there is plenty of information in the official documentation.

As it happens, I will be providing a free hands-on JSM JQL training session at Atlassian Team Tour Government 2022 next week (March 1-3). My session is 1pm-1:40pm on March 3. Search for "Free training: creating internal self-service flows with Jira Service Management."
