How can I filter/sort the product requirements?

The product requirement list has a lot of items.

It is useful/necessary to filter them, i.e to visualize the requirements already done in version 1.0 or the pending ones...

Now the sorting element of the column just sorts the items in the same page but not all the list.

How can I filter/sort the requirements?

I´m not quite sure if I understand your question correctly: You have a list of issues in you Jira navigator and need to sort them by a column heading, like this:When you click on the "Status" heading, all the 177 issues are sorted, not only the 50 visible on this page.

BTW, you can also use the Jira Query Language (JQL) to sort your content, just click on "Advanced" and Jira map your request into this language:

As you mention, you have a lot of requirements. I guess you need to structure, organize, manage them?

It seems that you mean Product Requirements blueprint in Confluence and you need to sort the result table based on the Page Properties Report macro.

We can suggest you use our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.

Its Table Filter macro works with the Page Properties Report macro just fine. You'll be able to filter you information (by statuses and emojis as well as by regular data) and apply different kinds of sorting.

Requirements Clarity Map - may help you greatly with visualizing the requirements in a form of a treegram.

Handy when you need to differentiate and color-code requirements according to size, level of certainty, and track the changes, made to them through time.
