How do I add a different "Add new context" in the same projects when I add a Select List (single choice)?

You can only add one context for a single project.
No, I want to use "select list" in many projects. So I want the data in the "select list" according to the issues type that I have selected to come from the appropriate data type "issues type". Can you help me?

You can not create two context for the same project. Which means that the field will have the same options for all issue types in one project.
