I cannot move an issue/story from my To Do folder to my In Progress Folder.

However I can move an issue/story to all of my other columns such as UAT, Functional testing etc.

Hello,

Could you give more details. You can not move an issue because you can not see the transition button or you have an error on moving or something else?
