I can't access new help center in jira.

Question

I tried to access through this procedure but i failed, i don't see this project setting, then i can go to portal setting

Any one who knows, please i need your assistance

* Go to Project settings > Portal settings

* Click on View and customize under Look and feel

* Toggle on the new experience under Try the new help center

Yes I use jira cloud and my url is in this format https;//<yoursitename>.atlassian.net

This is for Jira Cloud only, are you sure you have a Cloud instance? Is your Jira URL https;//<yoursitename>.atlassian.net?
