How to pull in information from confluence page onto the site widget - feedback box

What is the feedback box that exists in your site? How is this box coded in your site? Are you on Confluence Cloud or Server? What kind of information to you need to fetch from Confluence? Is your site hosted in the same server as Confluence? Are facing any kind of errors when you try to Connect to Confluence?
