Card covers are not uploading any images....

Camila França

Hi there,

I'm a new Trello user and I've created a few cards that were just a simple drag & drop from web pages but none of them uploaded the images!

I use Chrome browser.

Anyone else had this issue?

Cheers!

What happens when you try to add the images as attachments?

Hi Fadoua,

Nothing really happens. It just shows the link (as text) without uploading the image

Are you getting the same behavior on different browsers?
Has anyone else beside you tried the same board from their computer and got the same results than yours?
Were you able to add images before?

I know I am asking so many questions but it is the only way to better assist you.

Best,

Fadoua

Thanks for your help.

Answering your questions:

I have tried it on Chrome (on my Chromebook), on Safari and iPhone app and it's still the same.
I haven't asked anyone to try the boards as I haven't had the chance to do so.
I was never able to add images.

I hope this helps?

Thanks once more.

Best,

Camila
