I need used this field in a gadget but not visualize in the list to filter information. Is possible ?
No, text fields won't work.
A text field is free text, which makes it pointless to count - all you'd ever get is 1 point per issue. You immediately run into problems like nic != Nic != niC != nick != Nick and so-on. If you're trying to count text field entries like this, the problem is not so much the gadget, but that you're probably using the wrong type of field.
Closest you can get to free text in these gadgets is to try label fields
Try changing the search template on the field to Exact Text Searcher (natural).
